  Not typically one to write a bad review but I promise you will have a better time staying at any other hotel than this one. We were kept up until 2 in the morning by thin walls and a kitchen next to our room. Loud crashing, dropping, banging, etc. When we called down to the front desk for help, they told us they’d be done in 15-30 minutes…at 2:30 AM…and was promptly woken up at 6 AM with the morning staff. Staff seemed familiar with the issue and the room number but were unwilling to assist us. We were told a manager would call us to rectify the issue after we left and we never heard from them. I really wish I had a better experience.

  Super dissapointed, we were really looking forward to trying the longmont suppy, the resturant inside the hotel. They sat us and gave us water and 20 minutes went by as servers walked past us and we were not helped once. No one spoke to us so we ended up leaving, And not staying at the hotel, would love to give it a second chance

  Me and my girlfriend had a really great experience. I especially want to give a shoutout to Chelsea/ Kelsey but she was working at the front desk! And had black hair and piercings. She was super friendly, welcoming to me and my girlfriend, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. You can tell when someone actually cares about making guests feel comfortable, and she definitely did that. She made our stay even better and deserves the recognition. Thank you We will definitely be coming back soon!

  We were excited to stay here after it finally opened for a little anniversary getaway (we are local as in 1 miles away). Location is great, will be even better when the construction across the street is completed. If the FAQ about breakfast is confusingly worded to you too, let me clarify that it is NOT available as part of your room cost, you have to pay for the meal, and they may be out of food. They are careful to say “breakfast is available at 7” but should add “for purchase” after that statement. Love the rotating art throughout, the room is cozy, the fitness center has adequate equipment to keep up my fitness routine. The afternoon concierge, Michelle was friendly and awesome at checkin, and wished us a happy anniversary. The overnight concierge, Robin, had a contrasting demeanor. It was sort of a weird exchange we asked for a spoon for our late night ice cream and felt like she was glaring at us when we walked by to go outside for a walkabout a couple times. I don’t want to be mean-mugged for being a night owl. Despite, i would consider staying here again and will recommend to out of town visitors.

  Just a note if you're driving and plan to park overnight--the parking garage is on the 2nd floor, but has no elevator access nor direct access to the hotel. You have to either walk down the ramp or take a sketchy stairwell downstairs. As a single woman traveling alone, this was terribly inconvenient. I had to make multiple trips loading and unloading my bags by myself. Since you have to walk around the building to get to the entrance, this takes time. I never used the stairs, but instead chose to lug my stuff up the ramp. The parking lot itself is well-lit, but since it's not connected to the hotel it can feel unsafe at night by yourself. They charge $10 a night to park there. It is really bizarre that there’s no elevator because that means it’s not handicap accessible either. Housekeeping is only available in the morning, so take that into consideration if you sleep in. The hotel room is spacious and brand-new. The throw on the bed was surprisingly soft. I did also like the cold water in the lobby for me to refill my water bottle. The staff were all nice and professional.
