  This hotel was very nice. It was clean and comfortable and the front desk receptionist was friendly and efficient. My only complaint was the people that were staying upstairs were very loud and stomping on the floor all night and all morning. So we really didn't get much sleep. Which was actually awful because the bed was very comfortable.

  Our room was nice and open. Major concern was the paper thin walls. Could hear the neighboring people in their rooms far to clearly. Other than that we enjoyed the room and pur stay.

  If I could 0 stars it I would!!!! Came for my son’s bday, big slide was closed. There was a gross bug in the pool area crawling around. We opened up the pullout couch for my kids to sleep and there was MOUSE POOP on the bed and the pillow. DISGUSTING. Talked to person working and was told they would issue a refund and give this info to their Boss. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND NEITHER HAS HAPPENED!! STAY AWAY!! I honestly am so astonished by the lack of care from the staff and also the company as a whole as I filed a formal complaint with cooperate two weeks ago. Such a shame in every aspect.

  The quick review. Stellar customer service, quiet location within walking distance of a movie theater, dining, and shopping. It was meant to help reduce stress, success. The long review that matters: I booked the room, grabbed some herbs that elevate the spirit and departed for my Halle-day. I checked in, and decided to elevate before heading to the room. I live as a home free individual, who has had multiple traumatic events in my lifetime. I have come far in the last 18 months and needed to show the new love in my life just how much I appreciate them. Well along the way in a hurry I hid the herbs away, and when I was in a rush to find them and forgot where I hid them the resistance spiked, cortisol dumped, and I roared so loud that they were faced with a decision on rather allowing such an intense energy to remain in the hotel. I wasn’t very happy with my display, and had I been asked to vacate my Halle-day I think I might have melted down in an atomic fashion. I had regained composure to defend my poor behavior, and the woman who was manning the desk must have had some empathy for my situation. I told her that her choice was a reflection of her character and that God had been working through her. Thanks for the second chance, and the relaxation. Halle 🌹

  Sadly disappointed after our stay and don’t think we will be returning again. Upon checkin we were notified that “our room was oversold” and the King Suite we booked online several months ago (and called to confirm earlier this week) was not available, the only room available was a regular king room without the pullout couch bed that we needed for our son. The room did include a small chaise chair but not nearly big enough for our 12 year old to sleep on. So we asked for a rollaway bed and were told they had all already been given out. No apologies or care that our son had no bed, I asked for a manager and was told I could take a card, they weren’t available. I believe that they took our room and sold it to someone else for a higher price due to being sold out. I asked to change to a double queen and she said “we can’t take someone else’s room and give it to you” and that is exactly what they did to us. Not a good experience all around, bad customer service, the hotel is getting run down, bad maintenance, no improvements in the many years we’ve been coming, our last stay included a cockroach in one of our rooms and the slide wasn’t even working during our stay. They also ran out of bedding, so half of our party in other rooms didn’t even get blankets, they were given duvet covers… There were also two fights during our stay, one in the parking lot and one in the hall in the middle of the night. Guess it’s time to find a new place for our local staycations with the kids, which is sad because we used to really love this place. 👎🏻👎🏻
