  It’s a hotel with a great view and great service. They were really accommodating and flexible when I had to cut my trip short. I booked directly with them and they could manage my trip according to my needs. Excellent experience!

  We had a great stay, it started with a very warm welcome from Jay at the front desk. Jay was a pleasure and gave us all the information regarding the amenities. The rooms were clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. This property also has great views of the mountains and a nice complimentary breakfast.

  Terrible service at this hotel. Gender discrimination. We didn’t end up staying. The Hampton inn next door is a much better choice.

  I had the absolutely WORDT experience dealing with them. I, along with many people who attended my wedding across the street at Ashley ridge stayed here in February. One of the guests had left something in our room and went to the front desk at 4:00am and simply said she was me and that she lost her key and they MADE HER A KEY!!! No identification, nothing! She entered my room, where I and my husband as well as our two infant children were sleeping and retrieved her things. This could have been somebody who simply knew my name and we were there and wanted to harm me or my children! This hotel put myself as well as my husband and my children’s life in danger, not to mention our belonging. When I brought this to management attention the next day he was extremely rude, dismissive and told me it didn’t matter because I knew the person. I contact IHG as well as the hotel several times about this and there has never been communication back from management. Don’t stay here, they are rude, incompetent and put your life in danger.
