  The front desk clerk was amazing the room is immaculate and very quiet. Highly recommended. If I pass through Limon again will definately stay again. If you have a trailer there is ample space for parking.

  I paid for 6 hours of sleep. I barely got 3 hours of sleep. They charged me for a 24 hour stay. I had to leave at 8am when check out wasn't until 11am because when I reported the continuous banging noises (that had gone on for over an hour) they told me, "that's not our problem" and I had a 14 hour drive ahead of me. (NOT EVEN 3 HOURS OF SLEEP) But wait! There's more! When I reached out to the owner for the resolution. They refused to resolve this and basically supported the statement "that's not our problem" so I'm here to make it your problem. K thaaaaaaaannnnkss 😤

  Beware! Housekeeping doesn’t change sheets! You might be sleeping in someone else’s sheets if you don’t check! So I always check the beds before I get in them and one of them had been made, but the sheets had not been changed because there were multiple hairs and crumbs all throughout the bed! That’s totally unacceptable! Also, the breakfast was quite busy in the morning and there was only one waffle maker, whereas usually hotels have two along with the fact that there was no spray for the maker or a fork to pull out the waffles so it’s stuck in there pretty good and I burnt my fingers trying to get it out with a plastic fork which didn’t work. Otherwise it was a decent hotel but I definitely wouldn’t rate at 4.5 stars.

  Absolutely terrible! I made reservation thru customer service and due to storm approaching i ask to check in early, she stated she noted it on reservation,however she did not tell there was a fee for $35, I got to hotel @ 1:30 wind blowing strongly due to storm approaching the clerk was very rude and stated i had to pay $35 to check in early! I was shocked! I know sometimes you can make adjustments if you explain to management! The girl stated " i am the assistant manager" so I asked is there anything we can do? Very rudely she stated "no its for everyone, you can wait until check in time or pay $35" I called customer relations, thank goodness he understood and cxled my res with no charge. I found a rm at Spark by Hilton in Colorado Springs very nice and am staying for 2 nites! Please if you need to stay somewhere go to Spark by Hilton in Colorado Springs not BW in Limon Co!

  Rooms were clean. Thermostat needs to be able to go dark so it doesn’t light up the entire room. Seemed like the breakfast attendant didn’t show. Cold items that were supposed to be hot, no oatmeal, mold on the first English muffin in the case. Utensils were placed with usable end out- so who knows how many dirty hands touched them. Employee complaining and cursing while customers could hear.
