  This hotel is beautiful! I loved all of the decor and there are stunning views from the rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Jeff greeted us and made the valet process seamless. There’s a great outdoor space for activities as well. Sydney was awesome and drove my friend and I to Dillon amphitheatre in the free shuttle, which was so convenient. I will definitely be coming back and hope to stay longer!

  This was such a great place to stay. You are at the base of Keystone resort. The views are spectacular no matter where you are in the resort. We decided on a Mountain View room and let me just say, wow to the sunset! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and we even had a balcony facing the hot tubs and pool. The shower products smelled amazing and left me feeling soft and smooth. We did the first look offer-free bottle of champagne chilling in the room prior to is checking in. The breakfast was delightful and the coffee…it was so tasty! You won’t be disappointed!

  If you have any travel problems don’t expect to get any kind of kind of support from the staff. After having to cancel my reservation due to a last second cancelled flight, the team was no help. They didn’t offer any kind of refund and were rude on the phone.

  WOW! It’s been quite some time since I’ve felt genuinely impressed by customer service, and I’m thrilled to say our experience exceeded every expectation. The First Look deal may have brought us through the door, but it was the exceptional customer service that will bring us back. From the moment we arrived, every employee we encountered greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed and valued. The attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine care shown by the staff were refreshing and memorable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, Lulu’s served both a delicious breakfast and dinner, and the views and accommodations simply can’t be beat. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtfully designed to create a great guest experience. Thank you to the entire team for reminding us what outstanding hospitality looks like. We can’t wait to return!
