Beware to provide your credit card at check in. You will find unauthorized charges on your file after you back home. They charged us for a $150 on dirty towel found probably not in our room and then $75 per night for al bed after we have been proposed with the bed. Pool was closed for 2 consecutive days due to repair and outside event. Reached out to my bank to cancel the charges and will take legal actions against this hotel.

Me and my partner love getting to the mountains and staying at a luxury resort. Was our first time taking our dog along with us and he couldn't have enjoyed it more. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The residencies had a great kitchen set up. Cant wait to come back!

Kindred Resort is an impressive new addition to Keystone with strong potential to become one of the area’s premier mountain hotels. Our stay began on a high note with excellent valet service and a warm, efficient check-in. The property is striking, with a modern mountain design that feels upscale yet relaxed. Guestrooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully appointed. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning performs well—particularly valuable during warm Colorado summers. A large shower, quality bath products, and a generously sized mini fridge further enhance the in-room experience. The pool area is a standout, featuring a smart layout and comfortable cabanas well suited for an afternoon of relaxation. The temporary poolside bar is a welcome addition, and once fully operational, the space should be an excellent après-ski and summer gathering spot. Dining is varied, with three on-site restaurants plus a separate hotel bar. The bar staff were especially friendly and engaging, adding meaningfully to the overall experience. Lula’s was the primary disappointment. At dinner, service was warm and attentive, but the kitchen was extremely slow, making the meal feel unnecessarily prolonged. Breakfast the following morning was more problematic, with poor service, continued delays, and pancakes that fell well below expectations for a hotel of this caliber. At present, Lula’s does not match the standard set by the rest of the resort. The resort’s greatest asset is its location. The mountain views are stunning, and direct access to River Run Village is exceptional, allowing guests to walk into the village while still enjoying full resort amenities. Given that Kindred had been open for less than two months at the time of our visit, some early operational growing pains are understandable. The foundation is strong: a beautiful property, excellent rooms, inviting common spaces, and one of the best locations in Keystone. We would absolutely return. With time to refine service and kitchen operations, Kindred has the potential to become one of our favorite mountain resorts in Colorado.

The Kindred Resort is lovely and in a great location. However they have some things they need to work out. The food in Lula's and The Goodz Tavern was great. Lula's is pricey - $8 for a cup of coffee and they don't leave the pot! The pool is small but very nice unless you want to swim laps. The hot tubs were great, good temps but the jets didn't work on one side. Menus for pool food/beverage service were put out at 11 but no one came to take an order til 1130 and then it took 45 minutes to get a charcuterie plate - even though there wasn't anyone really there. A sign saying the pool was closed for a private party was left up for 2 days. It is confusing and hard to get your room serviced if you want it at a time other than their normal schedule. First floor rooms have to go to the bar to get ice. The turn down service should include ice and a small bedtime treat - ie chocolate. One of the outer door key cards was covered so you couldn't come back into the hotel that way - it was very inconvenient. The exercise room is well equipped but doesn't have water available. The steam room in the men's locker room was broken. Bottled water is plentiful and there is a special fountain to fill your own water bottle. The beds are ok. The rooms are pretty standard except for a really nice fridge. They have Lavazza coffee maker and coffee - not a fan. The workers are all really friendly - it's obvious everyone loves the dogs. They have a nice dog package. They could use 2 or 3 staff at the front to greet arrivals and help with luggage. Overall a nice place and welcome change to the regular Keystone offerings. We'd stay here again.

We stayed in a two bedroom residence at Kindred Resort and everything was, fittingly, hunky dory. It helps that the resort sits on Hunki Dori Court, so the bar was set from the start, and Kindred cleared it easily. The residence was very well appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the rainfall shower was a true delight. Kindred is pet friendly, which was wonderful. My dog Hudson was right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent. It was very quiet and just a quick hop over to Breckenridge. Valet parking made the whole trip effortless. Turns out the street name was not false advertising. We would happily stay here again.
