hotel has clean, spacious, and well-designed rooms with comfortable beds and a wide variety of breakfast options, including excellent coffee. They also highlight the helpful staff and convenient location. Some reviews mention the rooms can be overpriced.

Booked a room through Chase travel two hours before our arrival since it was a very last minute trip. Chase had rooms available and everything went through as it was pre-paid and non-refundable. We get to the hotel and they say they are sold out and we have to stay at another hotel and we are still out our $300 for this hotel. Trying to get Chase to issue the refund the next morning, they call the number associated to the hotel and they get no answer and they tell me it’s like it’s someone’s cell number and has no customer service. By far the worst experience with IHG and they continue to remind me why they are the last pick on our list.

We stayed here for two nights and loved it. Our room was clean, the beds were comfy and we had plenty of room and storage. Love that it’s pet friendly. Lots of grass outside. Easy access from room to get to our cars. The breakfast was phenomenal and I loved that it was different each day. I did not expect it to be as good as it was! Coffee available all day was a big perk as well. Two seconds from downtown was super convenient. Only downside was the pool - it was freezing in the indoor pool which made it not super enjoyable and my toddler didn’t want to spend much time there and we’d so been looking forward to using it!

This time the stay was not that great. The room had some issues, but we hope this was just a one time thing and next time, it will be great again.

Staff very friendly! Very clean- hot fresh included breakfast with pancakes, bacon, eggs, omelettes, sausages etc. Free easy parking, good location. Hot Tub was undergoing repairs but pool and patios good! Fast WiFi! Will be back soon.
