  Overall, we chose this hotel because of its convenient location, and there are plenty of other hotels nearby. Unfortunately, for the price we paid, the experience did not meet our expectations. The staff we interacted with were friendly and pleasant, and the fitness room was adequate. However, housekeeping was disappointing. On our first night, we received no housekeeping service at all. On the second day, the trash was emptied and the towels were replaced, but the bed was never made. The floor in our room was also noticeably dirty and sticky throughout our stay. Before leaving a review, I stopped by the front desk to ask whether the hotel had a light-housekeeping policy that I simply hadn’t been informed about. I’m completely supportive of hotels that reduce daily housekeeping to save water and resources, but guests should be told in advance if that’s the policy. The front desk staff explained that there was no such policy and that our experience was due to a training issue. Even if there had been a reduced-housekeeping policy, I still would have expected better service considering the room rate. Breakfast was also very basic. One morning there were hard-boiled eggs available, but the next morning they were gone. The hot options consisted of a cheese omelet and a vegetable omelet, with limited variety overall. In the end, the biggest issue was value. We felt we paid premium rates but received a very average experience. There are many hotels in the same area, and based on this stay, we would choose one of those next time. In fact, we feel we could have spent less money elsewhere and had a cleaner room and a better overall experience.

  Amazing experience we arrived in on June 12 through the 13th for just one night after we landed from Munich after a trip and we decided to change our hotel and this hotel was amazing. Very good, the place was well renovated and looked very nice. Our room was not close to the road and it was not bad though the one thing that was kinda annoying but not really is that the hot water it uses a nano meter and the hot water usually takes a few minutes before it started first. It started a little cold, but then it’s quickly got hot. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby which makes it very good for shopping. Amazing job! I hope that this hotel will do very good.

  The beds were comfortable everything was super clean our shower was even brand new. We didn't do any of the hot items for breakfast but they're to go options were really good and they had bagels and a variety of yogurts

  This place is disgusting! I don’t think I have seen 1 housekeeper in the 2 days we have been here. The room we were in was clean except that our bathroom floor was sticky but the rest of the hotel is DIRTY! The floors in the lobby have not been cleaned they have been covered in dirt the whole time we stayed. The fitness center had clean towels the first day I used it but then they never picked up the dirty towels and brought new clean towels in the next couple of days. The rugs in the lobby have not been vacuumed the whole time we were there. The bread they served at breakfast was hard like it had been sitting out for days and I got it at the beginning of the breakfast service. I will never stay in this hotel again!
