I love the amenities IHG offers , one of those amenities is the kitchenette.I love to cook.\nTo save money and the quality of food is always better, so I was a little disappointed when my oven did not work.
I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and have had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, there’s a QuikTrip right outside, and it’s very close to the highway but far enough away that it’s still quiet at night. The rooms are clean, the kitchen area is well equipped, and all the staff are very friendly.
The only issue during my most recent stay was that there was some food left in the microwave from the previous guest, and the dishwasher was quite dirty. I reported it to the front desk and was told someone would come clean it that day, but no one came. I followed up again the next morning and still didn’t get it cleaned. The front desk did apologize, but I think there was some internal communication issue.
Despite that, I really like this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

kinda ghetto but not too bad as far as rooms and hotel. the real nightmare was this lady Anna the manager. I bought a room online. when I got there they told me it was 50 for incidentals. no problem except... they won't take the card I booked the room with or my venmo or cash app card, and my keybank and capital one cards were on my Google pay account no physical account. she said then bring me 100 cash. it was after 11 when I got there. I had 80 bucks. she not only was not willing to give me the room for the few hours I needed it, she gave me a snooty attitude the entire time and seemed glad when I told her ok then I guess I'll go sleep in my car even though I paid for a room for the night. she said ok.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this hotel. I felt singled out and disrespected by the staff from the moment I checked in. An employee repeatedly questioned me and demanded that I pay in cash, even though I had another form of payment.
Things escalated when I was falsely accused of having a dog that attacked someone. My dog never attacked anyone and was never outside of my room. Despite that, the police were called on me by a hotel employee.
What hurt the most was being called a racial slur. No guest should ever have to experience that kind of treatment. I was humiliated, embarrassed, and made to feel unwelcome.
This was the first time I have ever been treated this way by hotel staff, and it was deeply upsetting. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, investigates what happened, and ensures no other guest is treated the way I was.
There was no acknowledgment of elite status or offer of the usual welcome points or snack at check-in. On multiple occasions, the front desk was completely unattended, including after midnight, which made the property feel less secure since anyone could walk in. When we checked in, we requested and were approved for a 1PM late checkout. However, during both our 1st and 2nd stays, housekeeping knocked on our door around 11AM, and later, a front desk staff member came by asking if we wanted to extend our reservation. We explained that we had been granted a 1PM late checkout, he said that information had not been communicated to him. We also noticed a couple of homeless individuals in the parking lot, which added to our concerns about the property's overall security. The room had a large flat-screen TV, but it only offered direcTV, no built-in streaming services. This hotel may be fine if you just need a place to sleep for the night, but based on our experience, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
