  Had a one night stay with my disabled husband after visiting the ER. We arrived at midnight. The front desk staff was WONDERFUL. Very kind and helpful, even offering to help get my husband in. Unfortunately there were a few ADA Compliance issues I did convey to management the next day. 1. No shower stool in the room for my husband to bathe. 2. HEAVY entry door with no way to prop open to get through the door with an electric wheel chair. 3. Marble threshold that did not allow my husband's chair to go up and over. Grab bars....fantastic. Plenty of room for maneuvering a wheel chair. Bed wasn't too high. A/C worked wonderful. Morning staff was very nice. I would highly suggest staying here.

  When I went to book my room I accidentally booked it a day early. Im severely dyslexic and some times I forget to quadruple check my hotel reservations. I thought I was not going to have a place to sleep tonight and may have to sleep in my car. Unfortunately I didn't have any liquid money because im currently between checks so I used my hotel points. I was panicking. After getting on the phone with iIHG and speaking to the clerk she called her manager who literally came in from home to make sure she gave IHG special permission to get my room taken care of with my hotel points. I am constantly taken really good care of by IHG but this was above and beyond. This is why I'm a diamond member with IHG. Its customer service like this that keeps me coming back. Donna thank you so much for coming into get me taken care of. Staff like you have at this hotel is what makes IHG such a great hotel chain. You guys stoped me from having to sleep in my car even though it was my own fault. Thank you for being such a force for good. I feel so safe and taken care of bY IHG. Dont ever change guys. Thank you.

  Booked the hotel to watch my child play in a volleyball tournament. Checked pricing today and noticed a huge difference and a definite upcharge anticipating the need of volleyball families. Got to the hotel at 4:15 and room was not ready, even though checkin time stated is 3pm. When the desk attendent finally checked me in, there was one other male guest being checked in. She handed me my key and announced my room loud enough for the other guest to hear, compromising my safety as a woman traveling alone. The room itself was fine until I tried to go to sleep and had a drilling noise come from the bathroom, which I have video of. Location was convenient to where I needed to me and had plenty of food options. Hallways smelled dusty and old. No compensation for late check-in. Overall fine, slightly disappointing for price, nothing to write home about.

  Very clean rooms and the property felt safe, plus the woman that checked me in was such a sweetheart! I wish I remembered her name (maybe Donna..? Sorry!), but she was from Texas ☺️ Very welcoming and I really appreciated her offering the selection for my reward status! A lot of the IHG properties I go to don’t care/recognize that it even has small perks like chips and a drink or points at check in. Also felt like there were a good amount of available spots for parking, even when there were a decent amount of cars there.
