- DHDrew HeikesAug 15, 20262.0The staff was great, rooms comfortable, WIFI... a nightmare :( Just no excuse to not have fast WIFI in a hotel these days and needed this as a dependable work space for 2 days. Just was dropping calls, and bad speed, so won't be back. Too bad, because nothing the actual staff or room did wrong. Although, my first room did smell like cigarettes before the quickly and seamlessly moved me to another room that was just fine.
- RARonda ArtisAug 10, 20261.0Rude staff. There was an issue with my booking and they charged me 3 times for my room. It was like pulling teeth!!! The system had a "glitch " 3 times and we ended up over a week's stay having 6 room keys. I would not recommend this place

I found myself in the lobby at 4:00 a.m. and the coffee was ready unexpectedly because usually it's 6:00 am. But I see this woman running around like crazy and I asked her what she's doing and she says I'm getting extra ready because I have a group of workers here out of town that have to be out of here sooner than 6:00. What a compassionate thing to do. I hope this message is reviewed by someone that can give you the kudos you deserve. Thank you.
