  Nice location, next time IHOP. Room was spacious and cool. Breakfast was good and hot.

  Bed bugs don't go here closed room for 2 days and re open no body front desk lady only english speaking person

  Whoever the woman working on the morning of June 27 was - I thank you. You gave me a little faith again that people will go above and beyond. I found myself in the lobby at 4:00 a.m. and the coffee was ready unexpectedly because usually it's 6:00 am. But I see this woman running around like crazy and I asked her what she's doing and she says I'm getting extra ready because I have a group of workers here out of town that have to be out of here sooner than 6:00. What a compassionate thing to do. I hope this message is reviewed by someone that can give you the kudos you deserve. Thank you.

  The front desk attendant went above and beyond to work with me getting checked in. I have a new job and I had a small issue using my payment method issued by my company. Instead of letting me leave, she fixed the issue, came up with a workaround and was able to make the situation pleasant when normally I would be freaking out. I think her name is Cheri, she was so helpful I cannot say enough good things about her hospitality skills. She was nice, friendly, she listened, helped me enroll in the rewards program and she was able to get me into my room when I was almost certain I was going to have to find another hotel across town super late at night. Hands down I had the best experience I ever have had checking in. She was nice, helpful, attentive, diligent, and honest. I can’t say thank you enough. Without her help I would have had to sleep in my work truck for the night!
