  The room that I stayed in was not very clean. The floor had not been vacuumed and had alot of debris on it from previous guests. The mini coffee pot did not work after attempting to make coffee several times. The bathroom floor had a large amount of dirt that I noticed vlafte t picking up the wet towels. The toilet until we shut off the water supply....perhaps at close to 200 dollars a night cleaning and maintaining your room might be a good idea. Hopefully I won't be staying at a Holiday Inn again in the near future.

  Very outdated, smelly and loud. Not a great location either. If you are going to offer coffee, have coffee available. If you are going to make guests pay for breakfast, have more than one piece of toast in the bread box at 8:30 am.

  Beautiful hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, and even comes with soap and shampoo in the shower. Clean towels were provided and the pillows were super comfortable. There is a pool and a gym in the building.

  Great place to stay with restaurant on site, large rooms and easy location.

  Rooms are dirty, the building is old and outdated, parking is a mess, no amenities for diamond members, loud noises endlessly = lack of sleep, this property is a stain on the ihg network, and has stained walls, stained beds, stained couches, and moldy ceilings. All in all id suggest going elsewhere, I'll never book this place again when staying in grand junction.
