The stay was disappointing, especially considering the price. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and lumpy, and the room had multiple maintenance issues, including a broken toilet paper holder and a broken cold water faucet in the bathroom. We brought these concerns to staff on the second day of our stay, but the response felt indifferent and dismissive.
The location is also fairly isolated. Nearby dining options were limited to a gas station, a mediocre coffee shop that closed early, and a brewery that never appeared to be open. The hotel restaurant also closed at 10 p.m. on weekdays, so guests arriving later in the evening should plan to eat elsewhere beforehand.
We chose this hotel because it was about $200 less expensive than where we stayed previously, but at roughly $1,300 for five nights, we still expected a far better experience. During a prior trip in September 2025, we stayed at Table Mountain Inn and had a significantly better experience overall. It was cleaner, the beds were far more comfortable, the restaurant stayed open later, and there were many dining options within walking distance. In the future, we would gladly pay the extra cost to stay there again instead.
Staying at the Origin Red Rocks, a Wyndham Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The atmosphere has this perfect blend of mountain lodge comfort and live music energy that makes you feel like you’re already part of the Red Rocks experience before you even step into the venue.
The live music at the hotel was fantastic and created such a fun, welcoming vibe in the evenings. Pair that with excellent drinks from the bar, and it became our favorite place to unwind after a show. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful the entire stay, the kind of people who make you feel like a regular even on your first visit.
The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also unbeatable. Being so close to Red Rocks made everything easy, and the convenient shuttle access took all the stress out of transportation and parking.
If you’re heading to a concert at Red Rocks, this is absolutely the place to stay. Cozy, lively, clean, and perfectly located. We’ll definitely be back.
First off, the staff was amazing! They were super helpful with finding and resolving our reservation we made through a third party.
The rooms however need a modern update, even though this hotel is only 10 years old. Bring a charger for your phone and devices because there are no USB ports ANYWHERE. How hard would it be for them to replace the outlets by the beds with outlets that have USB ports? The fan in the bathroom CANNOT be turned off, and we could hear it all night. No included breakfast. I'm glad we got a good deal on this room, it is not worth full price.

Location was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. However i was dissapointed that the room did not have type C or USB built in charging ports. For the price of the rooms, this was shocking. I have paid far less for rooms with this feature

Nice and clean hotel with great vibes! Perfect location, friendly staff, and the bus to Red Rocks was awesome! They loose a star because despite our otherwise perfect room, the bed was 100 years old. It sunk in the middle and creaked SO LOUD when you even as much moved a leg. Kept us up all night. The walls are also paper thin here. This won’t prevent us from returning however. Will definitely return for our next Red Rocks adventure
