  I had a reservation at another establishment and they failed me. But at 2 am this hotel was wondering! Nathan who was wondering the front desk at the time was fantastic. He set me up quickly, with a room that met my physical needs, friendly and seemed happy to be there. I couldn't have been more pleased. The room was clean. My experience at this hotel was top-notch and this was at 2am in the morning.

  Very disappointing experience and extremely poor front-desk service. I would not recommend anyone stay here. We lost several hours on the day of check-in dealing with a broken shower, and no one properly explained the issue or took responsibility for it. When we asked for a better room/view, the receptionist was unwilling to help, and we ended up with a room facing the back of hotel with only a large pile of dirt visible and a leaking shower. The worst part was the way we were treated when leaving after the first night. The same receptionist suddenly started yelling at us that she had forgotten to charge us a pet fee. We left due to disrespectful behavior and called IHG and Chase to confirm the fees. The new fees were not clearly disclosed in our reservation which mentioned all fees are paid. We even showed them their own website, which referenced an accidental-damage deposit, but they still refused to properly explain the charge. Even after escalating to the General Manager, the issue was not resolved. To make matters worse, after we had already left, additional random charges were made to our credit card, supposedly for state and city taxes that had already been paid as part of our original reservation. We called the hotel to ask for an explanation and requested a receipt, but they declined to provide even a receipt. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience from check-in to after checkout. Between the broken shower, poor customer service, unexpected charges, and complete lack of response afterward, this is not the level of service I expect from an IHG property. Never try your luck here. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

  Made an online reservation, arrived at hotel and was told they couldn't find our reservation in their system. We got IHG customer support on the phone. IHG could see the reservation on their end but hotel would still not honor our reservation because they couldn't see it on their end. They couldn't cancel the reservation that we had already spent over 40k points on and wanted us to pay for and book another room. We ended up going to another place down the road and will never recommend staying here to anyone.

  Great location to everything you need. Customer service was kinda lacking though, everyone always seemed to be staring at the computers/cell phones and not acknowledging anyone walking through the doors or greeting them. Wasn't informed of the parking fee until I got a bill at checkout, employee at check in just stated "do you have a card for incidentals?" and prompted me to tap my card on the machine. Site I had booked on stated free parking but it is what it is. Just lack of communication and customer service. I'm a light sleeper and I had loud neighbors as well but they stopped after an hour.

  Stayed 2 nights and wouldn’t book again, mainly due to noise. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the soundproofing is poor. We had to call the front desk to ask neighboring guests to quiet down, and by 5am the stomping had started right back up. The staff was responsive and tried to help, but if you’re a light sleeper, be aware that noise travels easily between rooms here.
