  The whole experience was bad, from the staff not recognizing the status from the AC being so loud we need earplugs, we never had such a loud AC unit on a IHG property, from the bathtub water running nonstop was no way to stop it from running from the wall paper in the bathroom pilling and looking discussing to everything, getting the worse room in the hotel feels like when you're a status holder with the IHG, you think they will give better rooms for people that stay with the brand often.

  Not advised the AC did not work. Told no alternative rooms. Asked if we could open the windows. Told yes. Neither we nor the clerk could open the muggy warm room. Not informed of the $20 parking fee ahead of time. Found another hotel at 9:30 pm. Clerk did not know how to refund the room. Manager would not come to do it. Told us to come back tomorrow for the refund. We asked the clerk when. He didn't know. We have to put our vacation plans on holds for them, because none at the hotel knew how to refund anything. One clerk and it was his first night! We don't trust the management's integrity to refund anything but we have to go back tomorrow to find out - if there is anyone in when we come. Worst service!

  The rooms did smell musty and the ac was pulling in a food smell from the outside. However, the hotel was incredibly clean. Bed was a medium firm/comfortable. Water pressure was good and they had a nice larger sized shower head. The sink was on the outside of the bathroom and it had a shower/tub combo. The toilet flushed but reminded me of the older toilets where it fills the entire bowl with water/longer flush. We'd return here. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Parking is very limited. One way in and need to turn around at the end.
