- BJBrandon JohnstunOct 6, 20261.0Not up to the IHG standards that I'm accustomed to. The rooms are outdated and not very clean. The hvac didn't work properly, and despite reaching out to management for resolutions, nothing was done about it. I live out of hotels 300 days out of the year, and this is the worst stay in quite some time. I was very disappointed.

The rooms definitely need updated and there was loud noises throughout the night. What is most disheartening is we purchase multiple rooms and paid double then what another person paid. They accidentally gave us a printout of someone else's room. Unfortunately I'm sad to say we will never say that again. Make sure you check the pricing when you check out.

- PPPavanSep 20, 20265.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Even though we arrived very late at night, the check-in process was smooth and we felt welcomed. The hotel offers free parking, and they provide a parking tag for your car, which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus. The location worked really well for our trip to Maroon Bells, with a reasonable drive that made it easy to visit without staying right in Aspen.

No way to hook up to the TV - which is normal for hotels. Breakfast is good. If you book online the fees and taxes do not align and you should expect to pay 15 to 20 more each night. I feel this is deceptive and you can not trust this hotel
