we stayed in this hotel before and loved it but this year we came and i was using a restroom in the main hallway and when i peed, i pressed the handle to flush it and wated jumped so high in the air and almost got on me, i had to quickly move myself not to get wet!)))) then one blind was broken in our room and i also asked about a bottle water at the front desk and they were out! very unprepaired hotel this time! disappointed! but we might comeback, i dont know

My husband and I were very happy with our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and had some great recommendations. We loved the location, it’s very close to the hot springs and the main town area, only a couple minute drive.

Wonderful Management and Mountain hotel. Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, making it the perfect place to relax and get away from everything. The views were incredible, and the peaceful mountain atmosphere made the entire experience feel special. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and inviting. The staff truly made the stay even better—everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. The location is fantastic for enjoying everything the mountains have to offer, while still being a comfortable place to come back to and relax at the end of the day. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
