- LJLee JacobsSep 27, 20264.0We have stayed at numerous IGH hotels, but this one is the best yet. The rooms were comfortable, secure, and clean. The service was excellent. We particularly were impressed with the free Washing machines and dryers, complementary beverages And food from 5:30 to 7:30 and most of all the free rides on Lyft two and from National Jewish Health. The location is sensational across the street from an enormous target store and close to numerous restaurants. We’ve been here for eight days and everything has been consistent. You just can’t beat all the services and conveniences for the money.

Only complaint I had was the pool wasn’t really heated and our room also smelled for some reason. But even with that we enjoyed it because of the incredible staff.

I was told yes they accept ESA & we wouldn't be charged extra. I am now being charged $175 for my ESA 2 days after checking in. I also informed them of my pet when i checked in & no one said anything about an extra charge. The hotel in its self was descent & clean. The staff just needs to be on the same page.

BE WARNED - the thermostat in the room will shut off your AC when you leave so no matter what, you’ll come back to a hot room. Maintenance came to ours and said he turned off that mode, but didn’t.
