- CMCASSANDRA MIRANDAAug 26, 20263.0So my review is based off of my ESA pet. I called 1 week before my stay to find out if they accept my esa pet with no charge. I was told yes they accept ESA & we wouldn't be charged extra. I am now being charged $175 for my ESA 2 days after checking in. I also informed them of my pet when i checked in & no one said anything about an extra charge. The hotel in its self was descent & clean. The staff just needs to be on the same page.

BE WARNED - the thermostat in the room will shut off your AC when you leave so no matter what, you’ll come back to a hot room. Maintenance came to ours and said he turned off that mode, but didn’t.
- VBVikki BibbyAug 13, 20265.0One of the best hotels we have stayed in, rooms are spacious, the pool and fire pit areas are great and the staff are so friendly and helpful, Reina in particular (if I’ve spelt her name right) was an absolute star. We had some issues on check in that was no fault of the hotel and she sorted everything out for us. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of options for everyone, tea and coffee on tap all day and wine, beer and snacks served at 5:30pm 3 times a week for hotel residents. The location is perfect for exploring the Denver area, maybe a little more difficult if you haven’t hired a car but saw plenty of uber and Waymo about in the area. Directly opposite Target, Chick Fil A and Crumbl. In walking distance to Chillis and lots of other restaurants and shops.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality.
