  I suggest looking elsewhere! Location was fine everything else should have had zero stsrs Day 1…check in and our room wasn’t vacuumed…the tub was dirty and a wad of black long hair was stuck on the shower wall…no body soap or shampoo in the tub…mirror wasn’t cleaned. Front desk offered a different room…right next door to our old room…new keys…door was ajar and I wasn’t about to find out if someone was in there. Back to front desk…3rd set of keys…tub had a dripping faucet…a/c on high had a ticking noise….no hand soap, body soap or shampoo! Back to the front desk…asked if they had a maintenance man on the premises that could fix the tub and a/c….no. Can I speak to a manager or assistant manager….not until tomorrow. The hall way smells very strong of pot! This is Colorado! Day 2….go down early to talk to assistant manager…she won’t arrive until 9:00. Checked at 9:00…not there yet. Can the issues be fixed this morning…yes.Can I leave my note of what has happened since we arrived…yes and I’ll have her give you a call….back about 4:40 and asked if she was available…no she wasn’t there…she didn’t give me a call…went to our room…room key didn’t work….back to the front desk…had to redo the key or I would have this same problem tomorrow….back to the room…tub still dripping, no body soap, hand soap or shampoo, noisy a/c still. I have been a Holiday Inn patron for a long time and have never encountered anything like this!! Cooperate….this facility needs to get their act together fast!!!! The worst I have ever had.

  Upon arrival the front desk informed me that the renovated side of the building was full. This in itself is unacceptable with a prepaid reservation. They offered us a room that had no hot water, not great but after traveling all day and checking in at 11pm we needed a room for travels the next day. The room we were assigned had no running water and the floor smells like sewage. the only thing we have been offered is a “discount”on the room that never materialized. There are no managers on shift and no manager to speak with in the morning. This situation is completely unacceptable, I had a prepaid reservation and we have not been appropriately accommodated for this situation. unfortunately the night shift clerk, who was very understanding is getting the wrath of things that are not his fault. Also the quality of the renovations is less than desirable quality that would be expected of a freshly renovated hotel. I will be keeping my future business not with this hotel line.

  My wife and i stayed in the beginning of June, thinking it would be a good stay being it is tied with IHG and its a Holiday Inn. We were mistaken. The door to our room would stick and not open without force. The toilet constantly ran water, which i brought up to the attendant at the front desk(after waiting for someone to come out of the backroom watching a movie or something on his phone, but had a "be back in 10" sign on the front desk). I saw this sign many times(check in, after dinner, to bring up my complaint, and at check out) His response was "did you take the lid off of the back and check the chain?" Not the response i should get for what i paid to stay. There was 1 ice machine for the entire building that worked and the vending machines were all sold out. After going back to my room to check other reviews. One popped up saying there was no hot water from a guest 3 days prior. We checked the tub, ran it for 5 minutes and, sure enough, no hot water. We were scheduled for 2 night but quickly checked out and asked to be refunded. Well i checked in with them today to see where they were on the refund. Apparently the owner is not issuing refunds for several other similar scenarios with guest. Poor look for Holiday Inn, IHG and its owners.

  My scoring is based off of these factors The pool and hot tub area is closed due to reconstruction or something we were not told this when we checked in and I solely booked the room there for that amenity and the price of the room did not reflect that when we booked. I did let the gentleman know yesterday that The room 283 had a balcony the dead bolt for the balcony wasn’t attached to the wall there wasn’t even screws available for it to be attached The toilet kept running all the time The faucet to the tub was dripping non stop along with you couldn’t pull the switch to get the shower to work properly luckily we figured out a way to do get it to work for the time being by pushing down on the tub faucet and pulling the plug switch up. Not to mention there’s no towel rack for the hand towels and the towel hook on the back of the door is not enough space or proper way to hang dry a towel so there’s no way of hanging a towel up unless you hang it over the shower rod. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing for $20 extra per person. The so called “healthy drink option” is Sunny D which is a flavored orange drink not real orange juice, the milk jug was in a bowl of ice not even properly chilled. The sunny d sits out on a metal plate so it’s room temp if you eat breakfast later in the morning. The buffet was room temp for all the meals and not kept warm with catering candles or electric warmers for the period of breakfast hours. For the laundry room we tried using the dryer hose’s aren’t connected to the wall so there’s lint dust everywhere which is a huge fire hazard and the washers one of them had a broken soap dispenser. They advertised a game room which is just a storage room for pool supplies. The only plus side to this place was the room was cleaned decently and its location was close to what we were there for.

  Awful experience. The hotel's website stated that the swimming pool would reopen on June 16. We arrived on June 18 specifically because we thought we'd be able to enjoy a newly renovated pool, but it was still closed and appeared far from finished. Much of the property felt like a ghost town under renovation rather than a completed hotel. We also witnessed a serious issue where guests were able to open a room that was already occupied. This makes other reviews mentioning room key mix-ups seem very believable and raises concerns about guest safety and privacy. In addition our room keys stopped working after the first night and had to be reissued. The front desk asked us how many more nights we'd be there rather. It seemed like they didn't even use the reservations for reference when making the keys. During our three-night stay, housekeeping never serviced our room, even after we informed the front desk of the times we would be away. The front desk experience was also concerning. One employee appeared unprofessional, with noticeably red eyes and a strong smell of marijuana. Breakfast was disappointing. There was no hot water, no fresh fruit, and the coffee tasted old. To make matters worse, the showers only produced lukewarm water, making every shower uncomfortable. As an added frustration, during the FIFA World Cup the hotel TVs did not have sports channels available to watch the matches. This was easily the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. Between the unfinished facilities, poor service, housekeeping failures, safety concerns, and lack of basic amenities, we cannot recommend this hotel. Trust the other negative reviews and stay elsewhere. No discounted rate is worth this experience.
