  The customer service was amazing! My sister last minute had a change of plans and we invited her to stay and got a bigger room at a discount! Nice big shower, coffee and fresh water, live music with free drink on weekend :) wonderful trip

  Upon arrival, Room was dirty, windows shades were broken, and the AC system was inop in July. When I complained to the front desk and requested a room change, the clerk responded "pick your poison... no hot water in other rooms". I requested a cancelation and we left. Just got my Visa bill, and they charged me for three nights! Very bad experience! Advised by online response from your office to call the owner, I have tried several times to call, but each call goes directly to an inoperable voice mail that is "full and not taking any calls". The only acceptable esolution to this is for you to accept our cancelation that was submitted to you and the corporate office, and reverse the fraudulent charges to our credit card.

  Great location but this is not the hotel you want to stay at if you were planning a bike ride. I was unable to book the first floor. Additionally, this hotel is quite rundown and if they put you on the sixth floor, you will have to take the elevator to the fifth floor and then walk up two flights of stairs. The beds were decent at the room was OK but the whole hotel is quite dated and not representative of the IHG brand.

  The hotel itself was relatively clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the front desk experience completely overshadowed our stay. The employee seemed more interested in telling us he’s a real estate broker and trying to sell condos than doing his actual job. He also incorrectly claimed we hadn’t paid, even though our reservation had already been charged. We requested a crib three separate times and were told we’d be contacted. Nobody ever followed up. My husband eventually went downstairs and found the crib sitting in the lobby while the employee was on his phone. We also requested a sixth-floor room. If one wasn’t available, that would have been fine—but instead we were given a room that hadn’t even been cleaned, with messy beds and towels everywhere. After that we were moved to a first-floor room. To top it off, the room design is baffling: the curtains don’t fully close, so bright sunlight flooded the room around 5 a.m. If the hotel improved its front desk staff and fixed the curtain issue, it would be a much better place to stay.

  A few items to address here, as an IHG Diamond Elite Member who travels extensively for work. First and foremost, be warned, there is a $100 PER NIGHT incidental hold fee, so clear up your credit card balance if you're staying here for any length of time. 2 nights = whatever the rate + fees + taxes + $200. Staying for 7 nights? Better make sure you got $700 in addition to the price of the room + taxes +fees. You see where I'm going with this. We'll see if I get my $200 back, judging by the arrogant smirking "inside joke" vibes the front desk attendants were giving each other when I asked if the total amount was correct, I'd say I probably just got scammed. Literally laughed at me and smirked and said, it is what is is. Next, the toilet doesn't work unless you open the top and pull the handle from the inside and I sure do love black mold, don't you. This place should NOT be a part of the IHG network, you all just lost a loyal travel customer. It does not live up to the IHG standard. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Also of note, this is the only IHG rewards location where I haven't received a room upgrade for being a Diamond member. Just something to be aware of. Shows you how much they appreciate their loyal customers.
