Avoid this hotel if you can. In my opinion, it doesn't even deserve a one-star rating.
This is easily one of the worst Holiday Inns we've stayed at.
While the rooms have been updated over time, many details were clearly overlooked. The carpet in our room showed heavy wear and had multiple dirty spots. The bathroom appeared to be only partially renovated—the countertop had sloppy silicone work that looked like a DIY job, the shower corners were dirty, and the bathroom door was in poor condition. On top of that, the air conditioner made loud, irritating noises throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.
The pool was also disappointing. There was a significant buildup on the floor tiles, making me question how often the pool area is actually cleaned.
The main entrance was frequently dirty and far from welcoming.
During breakfast, we found leftover grease or oil on our table from a previous guest. While I don't blame the hotel for another guest's mess, I do expect employees to periodically wipe down tables. Unfortunately, neither of the two employees working came out into the dining area during the 15+ minutes we were eating—they remained in the kitchen talking the entire time. As a result, the grease stained my clothing and the stain won't come out.
Customer service was just as disappointing. During our three-day stay, not a single employee greeted us. Staff were either out of sight in back rooms or simply stared as we walked by. A simple "good morning" or "hello" goes a long way, but it never happened.
If this were a budget hotel charging around $100 per night, some of these issues might be easier to overlook. However, at nearly $400 per night, the condition of the property and the level of service were completely unacceptable. There are far better places to stay for that price.

Bed bugs. We got bitten by bed bugs. And despite not putting our suitcases on the beds and washing our clothes when we came home, I found one in our apartment. Now we're having to get professional treatment done. Look up what that entails before you stay here. It's not fun.
Also the pool water was brown. Ew.

Lexi at the front desk was the least accommodating customer service agent I’ve ever encountered. Even though the sign in the bathroom says they have extra personal items available upon request, she said they were all out without even looking. Same with late check out on a Monday. They were definitely not that busy on a Monday morning, but would not extend us an hour late check out, even though I am a platinum rewards member. Super disappointed with this location.
