  The owner is rude the other staff members are rude the only good thing about this place was the jacuzzi tub! I booked through a 3rd party site that didn’t specify which King room had the Jacuzzi tub so I called 3 different times and spoke to the owner who refused to give me his name to try to book the right room before I booked he doesn’t speak good English was very hard to understand him but he also could not tell me which room to book at first he told me to book the most expensive King, and that should guarantee that Jacuzzi tub, but then he told me to book the lowest priced king And that I could pay $14 to upgrade to the tub when I got there which I was 100% OK with this however when I got to the hotel, the guy that was at the front was extremely rude. He told me it was $40 I told him I called three different times and this was extremely frustrating. He was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t even wanna stay there at that point I asked if they could cancel my booking so that I can go somewhere else and I was told no so I was basically forced to stay somewhere that I didn’t feel comfortable staying in the morning when the owner got back I went up to speak to him about my frustrations about my stay he was extremely rude to me. He yelled at me and was unwilling to help me whatsoever. The bed is uncomfortable the breakfast was disgusting the staff was rude and the location is sketchy! I’d definitely advise to stay elsewhere the tub was nice but I paid $40 just to have it and it wasn’t worth the other problems!

  Very enjoyable and a great staff. Very surprised to come back and see the room extremely clean after a day out.

  Super nice owner who was working the desk, clean, easy to find, affordable. We will be back. Close to downtown.

  Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. I requested quiet room but they gave me room next to the road. Who likes to sleep next to the road listening at night the traffic?! Of course they offered me upgrade for fee. No thanks. Never again…

  The guy who checked me in was super nice, and the hotel is convenient to town. Beyond that though, the room was nasty. The hallway smelled musty and had a fan running as though they were drying out damp carpet; the room I stayed in smelled like urine in a way that was overwhelming. I arrived at 11 PM exhausted so I went to sleep... in the morning when I woke up my eyes were watering. The AC unit was blowing all night and wouldn't turn off (the button was broken?) and couldn't be adjusted. It almost smelled like a dog had peed on the AC unit or something? I had booked the hotel on a work trip hoping to work from the room in the morning before traveling home, but ultimately I left by 8 AM because the smell was so strong. I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout; the woman told me they would look into it but didn't offer anything else. When I got home my clothes/luggage smelled like urine.
