  Our room was nice. The bathroom had a tub which would be great for kids. The tub was a little slippery. There is only 1 elevator, which was slow. The hotel was quite and the front desk clerk was nice and welcoming.

  Charged Twice, No response I booked a room while on my way to Wyoming for Frontier Days on 17 July. Upon arrival the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation, which when I checked my email confirmation had been inexplicably canceled. The receptionist told me to disregard the cancelation and provided a room for the night at the same rate. A few days later, the original reservation (which was overcharged) and the in-person reservation were fully processed on my card statement. I called the front desk who gave me the manager’s (Austin) email to request a refund. I emailed the manager on 20 July, and I called the front desk several times after with no answer. I called the IHG customer service and after a few minutes told me to resolve the issue with the hotel because they couldn’t help me. I was able to get refunded by the credit card company, and to this day and I’m still waiting on a reply from Austin.

  I had a one night stay in July and had a pricing issue when checking in. I later contacted the management who I felt did not take my complaint seriously and spoke to me as if I were his drinking buddy instead of in a professional manner. After a week of not hearing from the manager I phoned the hotel to inquire. I was told that manager had left, the day after I spoke with him, and a new manager had taken control. The front desk clerk (forgot his name) asked if he could help. HE was very professional, understanding and listened to my complaint. Within minutes, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. due to this interaction with the front desk clerk, I will stay a Holiday Inn guest.

  Very clean and spacious hotels. I was on the first floor and the ceilings were probably 20 foot ceilings. No exaggeration. No idea why but it was interesting and made for some acoustic variation that you don’t usually get in a hotel. Clean lobby area with a decent hotel breakfast.
