  Kate was very helpful accommodating us when we arrived early. She went out of her way to confirm a clean room was available and got us in right away. She readily provided information on restaurants in the area. She is very friendly and engaging.

  We got warmly welcomed by Kate, even before we arrived. We called to extend our stay, starting a day earlier. Kate was able to fit us in early and treated us warmly when we arrived. The room was clean and just what we needed. We enjoyed our daily breakfast before our busy days.

  We had a great stay at this Best Western! Esteban at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, both at check-in and our second night! We couldn't really hear our "neighbors" in our room, it was clean on arrival, and the ac worked well. The shower has great pressure with nice body care products. The included hot breakfast was awesome - we made our own waffles both mornings with no wait, the proteins were good, they had farm fresh yogurt with toppings and plenty of other items like coffee and so forth. Parking was ample and it's at a great location by the highway. We were able to drive to the Rocky Mountains in an hour, which I appreciate the small drive because I needed extra time to acclimate to the elevation coming from a sea level location, and it was great to come down to under 5,000ft at the hotel after a day in the park which was much higher. The also have a nice indoor pool and hot tub we didn't have time to take advantage of but it wasn't crowded when we checked it out. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back!

  Awesome "people friendly" and "pet friendly" hotel. Front desk personnel was helpful and cheerful at check-in. Our room was comfortable and Clean. Breakfast staff & room maintenance was also helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast offered a wide variety of items, something for everyone. All said, we had a pleasant and relaxing 3 night stay. 5 stars all 'round !

  Stayed here recently and had a really good experience overall. The location is perfect—just off the highway but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxed. There are plenty of food options and gas stations nearby, which made everything super convenient while traveling. The breakfast was a standout. They had a great variety including biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, and sausages, and it was nice that they switched things up each day. There were also cereals, yogurt, and a waffle machine, so there was something for everyone. Cleanliness was excellent too. Both the dining area and the rooms were very well maintained and felt fresh. We did have one small issue with the room keys deactivating themselves, which was a bit frustrating, but staff mentioned they’re updating the system next month, so it sounds like that will be sorted soon. Really appreciated the flat screen TV with Netflix and YouTube access—great for winding down at night. Overall, a great stay and we’ll definitely be back. PS, hot tub was great!
