  *Hotel and rooms are clean. *Front desk ladies get kudos. Kate at front desk is wonderful!! Lisa at the front desk has been great as well! They've made us feel welcomed, during a very long and unexpected displacement from our home. *Location is safe, too.👍🏼👍🏼 *Decor is older in some areas, but still decent and clean. Some rooms still have the older carpet, while other rooms have laminate flooring. *Heads up on the beds: very firm and hard beds. I had to bring a 3-inch foam mattress topper to put on mine so that I could sleep. If you like really firm beds, you'll be okay. *Pool and hot tub are sufficient and we have enjoyed them! *There is a small weight room, though we have not used it. *Food is not the best, though (compared to most of the hotels we have stayed in), and sometimes made us sick 😓 *They do have a washer and dryer for laundry, but are pricey, at $3 for each machine. Bring your own soap! **I would add one other thing: if your room is on the front side of the building near the outside tables and chairs, people go out there and smoke, and that smoke comes right into the rooms if your windows are open or you have the fan on. If you're allergic to cigarette smoke or don't like the smell of that (or pot), you might not want to be put in those rooms. Overall, a decent, quiet, and clean stay for the money, with nice women up front at the desk when anything is needed, and safe location. 😊😊

  I had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Firestone Inn & Suites. The hotel is in a convenient and quiet location. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast—it had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, convenient, and a very good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the Firestone area.

  This was a quick overnight stop toward the end of our two-week road trip honeymoon. The building seemed newer than some of the other properties we stayed at, which was nice. The lady who checked us in was cheerful and friendly, and everything went smoothly. We had a basic king room that was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice as well. We were really only there long enough to get some sleep and get back on the road the next morning. We didn't use the shower and left before breakfast was served, so I can't comment on either of those. Nothing fancy, but it was a comfortable, easy stop for the night. We would probably stay here again if we were in the area.

  We stayed for two nights, and it was by far the best IHG experience we’ve had on our travels. We had just completed a 14-hour drive from Georgia to Colorado, so we were exhausted when we arrived. From the moment we walked in, Kate at the front desk was AMAZING! She greeted us with such a pleasant attitude, warmth, and genuine hospitality. She was able to get our room ready and check us in, and after such a long drive, that meant everything to us! The hotel was spotless, fresh, and smelled AMAZING! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the entire property had such a welcoming feel. You can tell they take pride in keeping this hotel nice. And I have to mention Kate’s daily inspirational/motivational message at the front desk! ❤️ What a wonderful personal touch! After being on the road for so many hours, seeing a positive message when we walked in was such a nice surprise. It really made me smile. We’ve stayed at IHG hotels throughout California, Arizona, Oklahoma, Georgia, and now Colorado, and this one is definitely at the top of our list! If you’re traveling through the area, DON’T HESITATE—BOOK THIS HOTEL! You’ll get a clean, comfortable property, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. And if Kate is there to greet you, consider yourself lucky! She truly made our arrival special. Thank you, Kate, for making us feel welcomed and appreciated after such a long journey! You helped make our stay memorable, and we will absolutely stay here again

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Hospitality! I had a fantastic experience at the Best Western in Firestone, Colorado! A special shoutout to Kate at the front desk—she is absolutely amazing! Her glowing personality, warm smile, and genuine hospitality are something you just don’t see every day. She truly makes you feel welcome and appreciated from the moment you walk through the door. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. It’s clear that this hotel takes pride in providing a great experience for its guests. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area. Great accommodations and exceptional customer service, especially from Kate! She is a true asset to the hotel!
