Colleen was extremely helpful when my family unexpectedly needed an early check-in and she was very responsive through messaging in the hotel's app. The decor was clean and customized with local photography. We had a mountain view room and it had seating on a balcony with unobstructed views of the mountains! The entire hotel was so clean, and every single employee took the time to welcome us and say hello. We had also stayed at the Stanley, and my kids liked this hotel much better. They even had breakfast-to-go options.

Clean room, great pool & hot tub, fitness room( did not use), & a very nice continental breakfast with many options, & extremely friendly staff from our check in to check out! Highly recommended for a family. Pricing was very reasonable. I’d come back!
