  Been here several times. The service is why I keep coming back. Rooms are good as well. I've never had a problem theyvare so accommodating

  Big shout for the guy I think was his name Ethan was the best service he deserve to be manger very nice polite man & very helpful I arrived very late he opens the door helped me & explains everything.IHG you need more like him . Room was like picture nice , clean comfortable bed & room I do recommend this location thanks 🙏👌👌👌

  The room was really nice, everything seemed really clean. However, getting ahold of anyone at the front desk is actually impossible unless you walk down to it. My partner had a celiac episode at ~5am. We tried to call down to see if they had pepto or tums or anything that would help and nobody answered. On that note, the selection of medicine available is laughable. Some tylenol, ibuprofen, mucinex, tums. Not much else. Later in the morning, we tried to call and try and get a late check out (being exhausted after the medical event) and again, nobody answered. My partner had to go downstairs to discuss it. The front desk did end up calling the room at that point to confirm with me that late checkout had been awarded. Finally, I attempted to call them about 10 minutes ago, as I realised after checkout that I may have left my favorite, very sentimental, hoodie there, and again no answer. The only reason I am giving 2 stars for service is because when I WAS able to talk to anyone, they were always very polite. I'm so incredibly disappointed at the lack of service available, especially for the rates charged for these rooms.

  This is our second day here and it’s a very nice hotel, beds are comfy and location is great. The not good things, bed was not made, trash was not emptied, hygiene products in shower were not refilled. They offer free coffee, but they haven’t had any creamer/sugar available the last couple days. They have a menu to order hot food, but there is never anyone at the counter.

  First - 3.23.26 Front desk employee: Sergei charged 3 guests from Valor Group a deposit fee upon arrival, which has yet to be reimbursed. Secondly - 3.25.26 Sergei assumed i was smoking in my room amend code to call my room and remind me that it's not allowed. I was in the shower and ran out to answer the phone, just to be reminded that e are not allowed to smoke in our rooms. We are here on business and on our Corporates dollar. I'm 50 years old and truly understand what to do when staying in a hotel... Needless to say, I didn't have the most comfortable stay. The room was nice and I slept well, but felt uncomfortable.
