  This place is worth every penny. The staff Leo & Lupita addressed every issue from Air conditioning to payments leaving me with a no stress stay. The gym, sauna, & the pool were amazing.

  They literally don’t pick up their phone. Extremely frustrating experience just trying to get ahold of someone.

  Just did a 5-day stay here at this hotel - very nice property. The staff is very accommodating and the location is outstanding!

  Right off I-70 which is great. We got stuck in a snow storm and had to pull off here. Rooms were clean and it was quiet and peaceful.

  Amazing customer service - after the shuttle driver was a no-show, the night agent, Nic Moseley, promptly took me to the airport in his own truck! What an amazing person, he could see the problem and fixed the problem without a quibble. Okay the airport isn't exactly close but the BW is as close as you can get. The rooms are pretty good but the noise from doors slamming shut is quite disturbing - it would go. long wy to mking the experience better - to have the doors fixed.
