I would not have written this review if it had been handled promptly and professionally but here I am still being promised that management will be in touch and nothing.

The refrigerator had no freezer compartment so our ice packs couldn't refreeze from our travels, kind of a big deal driving all day. Otherwise Bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good.
