  Lovely place to stay right near the railroad! You can see some of the yard action from the West-facing rooms. Clean room, super comfy bed, and great water pressure. We'd totally stay here again when in Durango next time!

  I’ve enjoyed the stuck in time Doubletree (and I mean that in the best way never change Doubletree) but with it running over $400/nt for my dates I ventured over here and it is also weirdly awesome. Happy hour with a friendly crowd and bartender, clean comfy rooms, and a glass elevator and pool in the middle cuz why not. I’ll be back.

  Stayed here for 4 nights. Good location, walkable to Main Avenue. Decent amenities, but rooms are very outdated. Requested housekeeping halfway thru the stay, which was a no-show. Requested housekeeping again for the following day, and another no-show. The room was never cleaned. On the last day, housekeeping entered the room before check-out time, with the Do Not Disturb sign hanging from the door. Unbelievable. I would like to compliment the front desk staff, very friendly and professional.

  If I could do a negative star rating I would!! This place is so unprofessional and running scams. The girl double charged my card and then tried to say it didn’t work and wanted me to run it a third time. Glad I checked my bank account. Because sure enough they had charged me twice and taken over $1600 from my account. She got the manager on the phone and the lady kept giving us the run around saying they didn’t and the card reader never run the card. Which was a lie I showed her the bank statement and screenshots of the charges. She then started back tracking asked for my card took it to the book room while on the phone with the manager. She said there was nothing they could do and told me it would take 3-10 business to fix! Not acceptable when you are traveling and need those funds! This was the start of a terrible experience. The key cards to the room didn’t work had to be given 3 different key cards before it finally opened the door to the rooms. Next day the cards did it again and she said it was because we are suppose to check out. After paying for 4 nights we have to check out each night BS! Confronted her with this again and she back tracked saying it was a system error! If you are having this many problems then you should be working to fix it and at least be up front about it to guest! Even the other staff members made comments about how incompetent the host stand is and the system they use. So obviously it’s not the first or second time they have done this to guests. This was suppose to be a great family vacation with my parents, my wife, in-laws and our daughter, but this hotel was a big mistake to stay at. Please don’t waste your time or money here go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of having to deal with them! It’s sad because the hotel itself is really nice. Hot tub doesn’t work, pool was okay, rooms were nice, beds pillows horrible! We will never stay here again and will never recommend this place to anyone! Update: When we checked out they ran our card again and for the full stay! They charged us 4 times! Spoke to the manager and was given the runaround said they would fix it in 7-10 business days. We have filled charges against them! Do not stay here!! We talked to other guests and they were having the same trouble with this hotel. It’s not a system issues but them trying to scam people out of money!
