  DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU EXPECT HEAT IN YOUR ROOM! This hotel has hot water operated baseboard heat. When I checked in the outside air temperature was in the low sixties. I turned on the heat and thirty minutes later there was no heat coming out of the base board units (3 of them.) I asked for help at the front desk. A short time later, a gentleman came out and told me the heat was working. He had me place my hand above the unit and I could now feel a little bit of heat coming out. He assured me it was working correctly that I just needed to be patient. NOT. I had the thermostat set on eighty five degrees, and it took nine hours (until midnight) to pull the room temperature up four degrees from 66 to 70. The overnight low was only in the fifties - if it had been really cold outside, I don't think the heaters would have added any increase in temperature at all, it was so feeble I understand that everyone's temperature needs are different, and many people would be comfortable at sixty six degrees. However, that is not the point. The point is that as a guest I have an expectation that I will be able to set the room temperature to my personal comfort level when paying for accommodations. This hotel failed miserably, and I will not return.

  Very happy with our stay. We would definitely stay again. Room was very clean and full breakfast was fantastic. The walls are thin but it was quiet the night we were there. It does not have air conditioning. Many of the hotels and homes in the area do not. We stayed in building one one which faced over the lake. The buildings are all two floors and I don't think they have elevators at all.

  This was as expected. Its nice that they have a larger refrigerator than than average mini fridge found in hotel rooms. The hot-tub water could be hotter. Other than that, we were satisfied with what we paid for.

  Amazing location, right next to the Dillon Amphitheater and the lake. Rooms are decent, but the main reason I dont give 5 stars is that the walls are pretty thin. If your neighbors are talking, even at a normal volume, you'll hear the noise through the walls. Especially on a concert night with people staying up a bit later, its a harder time to sleep! I also feel terrible for the people below me, even walking very carefully and trying to minimize movement, the floors are veeerry squeaky. Especially since mine is a dog friendly room, I can imagine this being a nightmare with any crazy active dog or person. And heads up, no ac or fan to help drown out the noise, which is a double bummer. It was worth it for the evening, but honestly I'll probably find another place in the future. As a light sleeper, no fan and no ac+ the thin walls make it a hard one for me

  WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. My husband and I booked this hotel online and made sure it was pet friendly. When we went to pay for the room, the specific room type (1 room with 2 Queen beds) said it was pet friendly. Before I booked it, I wanted to double check and called the front desk and asked what their pet policy was. The employee told me that it was $20 per pet. I asked if there was anything else I need to know about the pet policy and she said no. We paid for the room. When we showed up at the hotel, the employee started arguing with us and telling us that the room we booked was not pet friendly….we showed her that it specifically said it was pet friendly online and that I spoke to her a couple hours prior and she still wouldn’t let us have the room. Instead, she tried to convince us to book a $300 kitchenette room (which was double the price we paid). After refusing multiple times, she offered us a room with 2 double beds…you would think it was cheaper than the room with 2 queen beds we booked right? WRONG. it was more expensive and the total ended up being $240 for a WORSE room. Very upset. Not accommodating at all. They wouldn’t let us cancel it. They gave us no other options. Terrible hospitality. Then we show up to the room and guess what? There is a sign with a dog crossed out on the building entrance. So what? You’re telling me we paid extra money to stay in a room that actually isn’t even pet friendly? And then on top of that, the room has NO A/C, is muggy, old and dusty. AND there is a door in there that looks like it would be a nice little patio. Here’s the kicker, you can’t even use the door to go outside on the patio. THE PATIO IS ALL FOR SHOW. The sign on the door specifically says the door is NOT to be opened. This is the WORST hotel.
