An exceptional stay was experienced at the Warwick Denver Hotel, where a consistently high level of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality was demonstrated from arrival through check-out. Special recognition should be given to Kristephano Culmer for the outstanding professionalism and customer service that were provided throughout the stay. Every effort was made to ensure that comfort and convenience were maintained at all times, and his attention to detail, positive demeanor, and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was found to be clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, while the quality of service delivered by the staff made the experience especially memorable. The Warwick Denver Hotel can be highly recommended to anyone visiting Denver, and a return stay would certainly be welcomed.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights as I was attending a business conference in the convention center. The room is spacious and have a nice view with balcony. The staff are friendly and care about your comfort. The roof top pool is a nice addition. However there are several issues I have to mention: 1) Although I fully paid for my stay, they charged for a deposit fee when you are checking in. This information was surprising. 2) The breakfast is not included, you need to pay extra. The restaurant at the hotel has a breakfast menu or an open buffet. The open buffet is extremely basic for 18$ (tax not included), but here is the catch: if you choose the buffet, the coffee or tee is included in the price but if you choose a dish from the menu (20-25$) you pay extra for the coffee or tee!!! Information again nobody tells you about. 3) Cleanliness is mediocre. The room service came everyday, cleaned the bathroom, changed the towels and arranged the bed. However, there was still hair residue in the bathroom and the table in the living room stayed dirty during my stay. Also the floor was not cleaned or wiped out... 4) Old furniture, the sofa and chair had stains on them. The TV in the bedroom was not working. Some drawers fall off if you open them... 5) 20 min walk to the convention. This is not dramatic as this hotel is cheaper compared to other hotels near the convention.

The Warwick Hotel in Denver provides an experience beyond luxury and comfort. From the moment I worked with Chris over the phone—who was exceptionally knowledgeable on the hotel grounds and amenities—to Gino’s thorough, professional in-person service managing multiple guests, and Priya’s poised, almost intuitive detail-oriented approach—every staff member went above and beyond. Any time I’m in Denver, I’ll stay at the Warwick. A well-deserved 5-star rating.

Good hotel with nice perks However there were a few issues Hot water was sometimes not available in the basin. Less amount of amenities in the washroom, would love some body creams or paste. Need to get drinking water from the front desk. The rooftop pool is lacking amenities and changing room closed at night. However the location and view is nice and staff are helpful.

Every interaction with this hotel during our 5 night stay went poorly. They were very much not ready for us when we checked in at 4:30, even though I called to confirm. The room was pretty dirty, the shower drain didn’t work and the pool was filthy. Housekeeping came 2 times while we were there upon request and never gave us new glasses and there was the same food in the hallway for multiple days. The restaurant has weird rules for what you can and cannot take to your room (despite being attached to a hotel) and the pillows in the rooms were tiny. The ONLY person who did their job well was Jobe at the door (the other doorman barely acknowledged anyone was around).
