Boasting an ideal location that connects Denver's vibrant downtown area with all the charm and attractions of the local Uptown Neighborhood, Warwick Denver offers a true urban refuge in the Mile High City. The Warwick Denver was originally built as the Governer's Court, and is still remembered by many for the Playboy Club, the first and only one in Colorado.
This luxury downtown hotel features private balconies and oversized guest rooms and suites designed elegantly to reflect the outdoor spirit of the Rockies. The exclusive rooftop heated pool and bar offer captivating year round panoramic views of the Denver skyline and snowcapped Rocky Mountains.
Really bad service any time I asked for an amenities they said I'd have to do it at checkin or check out and Everytime I'd do it they'd say I'd have to do it ahead of time which I did but then was advised I couldn't and it's in one of the worst spots of town I wouldn't expect to walk anywhere with kids and ruined our plans to walk to the rockies game because if we did we'd go through a sea of homeless people it was bad I definitely do not recommend as a father and the pool was way tiny for the amount of people it had

Our stay at the Warwick Hotel in Denver over the Fourth of July weekend was great. Priya at the front desk was so personable and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved hanging out at the pool area during this warm weekend and found the location to be the best possible for everything we wanted to do.

The room (and balcony) is huge! Otherwise, it's a pass on the Warwick. The neighborhood is dangerous. The pool is small. The hotel is understaffed and the amenities are non-existent. Room service is the bloated hotel price + $4 + 22% but don't worry they don't answer the phone so it's likely you will never pay for room service here! One liter Fiji water was $11 in the room + the fee + gratuity (22% for the self-serve mini bar). Nope!

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I am currently staying at the Warwick Denver for an 8-night stay, and what started as a frustrating room change has turned into a major security and trust issue.
On June 16th, around 9:00 AM, I had to pack up and switch rooms due to ongoing noise issues (my room had a conjecture door to another room). In the rush of moving, I accidentally left behind some high-value jewelry and a hanger for my suit in my original room. The hotel did not proactively contact me about the forgotten items. It was only when I realized my mistake and went down to the front desk to ask that they checked the system and informed me housekeeping had registered some items.
While my pearl chain and bracelet were successfully returned to me through this inquiry, my gold chain and hanger were conspicuously missing and had never been logged into their system.
It is incredibly alarming that items left behind during a staff-initiated room change can be selectively logged while a valuable piece of jewelry completely disappears. I am actively trying to escalate this to upper management to have a full lock interrogation log pulled for the room, but the lack of immediate accountability is completely unacceptable.
If you are staying here, be vigilant. Security and internal protocols regarding guest property are clearly lacking. I expected much better integrity from a property like the Warwick.
Update:
The front desk closed the investigation by simply asking the housekeeper and the supervisor, and provided no further resolutions.
I emailed the guest services email requesting the General Manager's assistance. To my surprise, he (David Coonan) replied and said he would investigate, then I followed up 3 times, but no response.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! An absolute nightmare of stolen luggage. Our luggage was handed to a stranger by their personal luggage attendant, despite him recognizing us. As soon as we walked up he said “a man picked up your luggage 30 minutes ago” despite the man having no luggage tag or number to be given our luggage. The staff had no sense of urgency and said we should call the cops. How does our luggage get stolen from their personal luggage room by their personal luggage attendant handing it away without properly checking and they take zero accountability? By the end it’s honestly started to feel like an inside job given the amount they knew about this “stranger” and the frequency things this appears to happen on their property. the story is very long and gets sketchier by the detail but the important part is the result which is that it has been pulling teeth to resolve the matter and Kris, their ‘Director of Rooms’, has been truly condescending and essentially useless. They said all they can do is submit an insurance claim and leave it between us and the insurance company.. shouldn’t they be the client in this claim? According to their reviews this is a semi-regular occurrence. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE but here.
