  Everything was wonder but 'D' at the front desk was the highlight of our stay. She is so helpful and lovely!

  Pros: Comfy bed, great location, free street parking, hot shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, extra roll of t.p. and box of tissues. Friendly employees, clean, tastefully decorated room. Location and building feel safe. Noon checkout time!! Cons: The fridge in the room is in use as a mini fridge with beverages for purchase and it makes a racket, no microwave, no coffee maker, bed sheets are "pill-y" and need to be replaced. The chargers attached to the headboard are loose and your plug will fall out. The reading lamp on one side of the bed was completely ripped out, leaving a hole in the headboard. The bar soap crumbled into bits when I opened it. *update* Upon review of my checkout summary that I received last night, I was charged $20 for an item from the mini bar. We did not take anything from the mini bar. We brought our own snacks and drinks from home. I called this morning and they happily reversed the charge. However, I shouldn't have to babysit my receipt and scour it for bogus charges. Personal opinion: The bed feels like it faces the wrong way.

  We had our tattoo convention on the rooftop tonight and the bar staff was great, a few times there slammed and the main bartender was going great but then the chef came out and was yelling and cursing at her… when she obviously needed help. It was really discouraging to see someone treated that way… we’ll probably think again before booking our event here next year. Hanna was a great help tho. Maybe train the chef to not curse in front of important clientele

  After staying for a night for a concert nearby, I managed to leave a prized possession behind (a stuffed frog) and when I called to see if housekeepers had found him, the front desk staff were extremely helpful, kind, and reassuring. They let me know that they log something as trivial as a scrunchie if it gets left behind and keep it in their lost and found, should a guest call back for it. The help and service were greatly appreciated! I would absolutely stay here again.

  Really enjoyed our stay here. Reasonably priced for close proximity to downtown, and a much cleaner area than a lot of downtown locations. We had a king suite with balcony (note that this is advertised as “Mountain View” on some booking sites, but the view is relatively obstructed (although the mountains are visible)). Room was large, clean, and modern. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included but there is a full service coffee shop with reasonably priced breakfast options and coffee/espresso. Only con I would say is the parking situation - the closest garage is a block away and is $20 per night. You can park on the street for free but spots are limited. Overall great experience though, will be staying here again!
