  Main issue: I have been waiting for my deposit (150$) to be returned for more than 20 days now. Edit: I have received my deposit back after a significant wait. I am adjusting the review accordingly to account only for the frustration surrounding the waiting. - On the 5th day after my stay I wrote an email about it and their reply was that the deposit had not been automatically released - and they had manually released it. I was told it would take 3-5 business days for it to be returned. I said to myself ok, maybe they have no bad intentions (even though I would have never gotten my money back if I did not approach them...) - Another 5 business days pass and no deposit has been returned. I write another email. Now I am told "it will take 5-10 business days" - Now the 10 business days have passed and no deposit has been returned. I am writing this review to raise awareness about this fraudulent behaviour and hopefully gain traction to resolve the issue. Note: The payment has been paid through a Revolut account which has worked perfectly fine in the US throughout my stay. There is no reason the return of the deposit should take this long. If we exclude the feeling of being scammed after my stay, and in order to make an honest review I have to mention that the stay itself has been indeed positive: The rooms were cleaned daily, the towels were changed frequently, the room had all the small but necessary amenities (like an iron, a hair dryer, etc.) and the people at the reception were welcoming.

  LOVED staying here in Downtown Denver! Every single staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was actually very good and the menu changes every day. They have a “happy hour” with appetizers M-W that also had good food!

  Centrally located hotel; just 10 minutes to 16th Street or the Capitol; very friendly staff; spacious rooms with comfortable beds; nice pool with a Jacuzzi; extensive, delicious breakfast buffet; limited hotel parking right in front for $32; we highly recommend this hotel.

  I had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff were fantastic and helpful throughout the stay. From check in to check out. The place was clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet!!! I slept great! The room has a full kitchen, with full size refrigerator. They had plates, pots, pans, cups, glasses and utensils. Also, a dishwasher and coffee machine. Nice bathroom, a desk, and couch. The breakfast was good with many different choices. Eggs, sausage, Cajun potatoes, fresh fruit, chopped or whole. Scones, waffle machine, oatmeal with your choice of different toppings, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, etc... The coffee was actually pretty decent. Very nice seating area as well to have your breakfast. They have a happy hour in the evening, Monday to Wednesday with free finger food and beer and wine. There is a pool and hot tub in the basement as well as laundry facilities. The hotel is 6 minutes by Uber from Union Station. The Denver Mint is right across the street from the hotel. If you want to tour the Mint, just make sure you reserve a free ticket months in advance. I found out too late and I was not able to get in. I did a tour of their Capitol Building which is literally an 11 min walk from the hotel. Beautiful building with lots of history. If I ever return to Denver, I will stay at this hotel again. It had everything I needed and more. The staff really do care about the quality of your stay, and it shows.

  Being from out of state I was a bit concerned about being downtown but this hotel was really great. I stay in a lot of hotels and generally have plenty to say but this stay was flawless. We checked in just after 3, the employee at the front desk was really kind. Paid for parking (I think it's $37/day in their lot or $27/day across the street. We parked across the street and I could see my vehicle.) My adult daughters really loved the hot tub and pool, though I didn't join them. The next day on my way out I asked for fresh towels and voila, they were there after lunch! Beds were super comfy, FOUR PILLOWS TO A BED!! I needed an iron and the one there was nearly brand new, in great shape. Lots of space, great value. I did break a glass on accident so we'll see what happens 😅😬
