Oscar made our wait for the room genuinely enjoyable. He was warm and personable, and took the time to give us some solid local recommendations we wouldn’t have found on our own. That kind of extra effort doesn’t go unnunnoticed

The staff were great, the bar was fantastic, and the room was adequate. The hotel is within walking distance of Coors Field, in a decent area, and close to several restaurants. However, if you're booking a hotel primarily to get a good night's sleep, I can't recommend it. The air conditioner sounds like a jet engine every time it turns on. About every 30 minutes, it kicks on with a loud roar that repeatedly woke us up throughout the night. Unfortunately, that made it very difficult to get any restful sleep.

This is the perfect location for those without ground transportation. From Denver International you can take the train to Union Station and walk two blocks to the hotel. This hotel is clean and comfortable. Check in with Oscar. He is so kind, respectful and accommodating. He is always on top of your needs with a smile. The Ambler restaurant is wonderful. The staff is amazing and the food is top notch. The chef Chris served us a delicious breakfast. Polo served us delicious drinks. Caroline couldn’t be more capable of serving the guests with joy and accuracy. We couldn’t be happier! Stay here for the best experience ever!

We visit Denver usually at least once a year but hadn't stayed downtown for awhile so decided to for our trip over the 4th of July. We chose Hotel Indigo because it was close to the Dairy Block and Union Station and it was the perfect location for what we needed on this trip. We could see Coors Field from our window, which was great on the 4th because it meant we had a near-perfect view for their post-match fireworks that night. Staff was friendly and the restaurant inside the hotel (Ambler) was really good. The reasons I docked a star were because we had some sort of stain on both our window shades and on the carpet. We also couldn't access FOX on the TV and while that might not be the hotel's fault, it was still disappointing that we couldn't watch the World Cup matches whenever we were in our room and had some down time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo and if we ever wanted to stay downtown again, we'd have it on our list for sure.

Fantastic location in downtown Denver. Train from the airport takes you right into Union station nearby and so many train and bus lines end here so it’s perfect if you won’t want/need a car! Walking distance to Coors Field as well (although not quite as direct as you might think when looking at the map). Rooms were clean and pretty spacious for a standard room in the heart of a city. We did get a slight upgrade to a room on a higher floor, I assume for being Platinum members with IHG. Could only get an hour late check out but that was better than nothing! Only real complaint is the parking is crazy. Thank god we only had a car the last night as it was $40 for an overnight spot!!!
