Additionally housekeeping entered my room while i was working even though there was a do not disturb sign and the door was locked. The sheets were also ripped and had blood stains

This is from a business traveler that has been IHG elite or higher, even royal ambassador, for the last 10-15 years.

But, it was the staff that was really top-notch!!! Shout out to Julia and Suzen for being so helpful during our stay! Next time I am in Denver I'll be back!

We’re told the room isn’t ready and we have to wait and we’re 11th in the queue to get our room? Strange system. There’s tons of other people waiting in the lobby. It’s now 6:20 and we have still yet to get our room. Absolutely absurd.
