  I like staying here when I have to travel to DIA. If you need to park your vehicle for a long-term, I would do it here or at the Doubletree.( it’s the same parking lot that they share, same service provider, not the hotel that provides the parking) the shuttle is convenient both two and from the hotel at no charge and the parking price is cheaper than anywhere else if you do it online third-party.

  There was one staff member with dark hair and blue highlights that was amazing! She should be manager or assistant manager! She welcomed everyone with a smile and she was always beyond helpful! No one was as wonderful as she was and we stayed 3 days. She remembered things about us, helped us in times of need, and calmed us when my daughter's plane didn't land. I saw her help everyone equally. She even helped entertain my 6 or old while I called the airline to rebook and I was upset. She was flawless. She was so personable! Honestly she needs a raise! Love her!

  The room was clean and quiet, however it was not cool. We got here at 9 pm, and the temp was 74, before we went to sleep it went up to 75 and overnight never was lower. While hot outside, it should be able to keep the room cooler.

  I had a little bit of an issue when I first checked into the room but the manager Matthew Slavsky was really nice friendly and responsive to help me with the issue… just want to thank him! He is a great manager!

  I am a Diamond Rewards member and checked into the hotel without any apparent issues. However, when I returned to my car, I found a parking violation notice and was required to pay a premium parking fine because my vehicle had not been properly registered. When I called to explain the situation, I was told that I should have taken care of it myself because there were signs posted. I find that response unacceptable. It should be the hotel's responsibility during the check-in process to inform guests about any parking registration requirements and ensure they are properly set up. Guests should not be penalized for an oversight that could have easily been addressed at check-in. I would appreciate reimbursement for the parking fine and a review of your check-in procedures so that future guests do not experience the same issue.
