  I've been a regular guest here for many years. The rooms are still fine (standard HIX) but front desk staff seem less friendly or flexible than before. On my last visit neither the wifi nor the lobby computer and printer were working. As a business traveler that's disastrous.

  Nice room, good location near the airport. However, you have to pay 20.00 a night for parking in addition to the room, and coffee isn't available in the room.

  I hope Holiday Inn knows they are killing their brand by allowing this location to charge crazy sums for parking, and on top of that force me to pay using their stupid phone system (if you don't have a smartphone too bad - they won't help you.)

  Nice hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle too and from the airport/hotel. I was only there a short time with an early flight but it was a quick easy check in and a nice clean room. I'd stay here again. Just know the airport pickup can be a little chaotic but that doesn't really make the hotel itself negative, its nice that they offer the shuttle service at all.

  So, I am torn. I booked this hotel on Priceline due to a change of plans on vacation after my wife was hospitalized in another state for 3 days (ended up having to drive home instead of fly, so had a rental car there).The hotel was great and thr breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and there were no issues. My issue is they charge for parking. I have NEVER stayed at a Holiday Inn Express that charges for parking. While researching where to stay those parking fees were not obvious. Part of it is my fault for not researching that better, but I didnt because I wasnt staying in a fancy, downtown hotel. The parking fees were $18 a day (and a $1.49 to pay online (I guess). So, staying there cost an additional $40ish for us. I would never stay there again because of this fee. I tried to complain to IHG but they said this is an individual owner's choice (property or land). They said I should ask the front desk. We did not ask them because the guy who checked us in was a little dismissive and robotic. I dont think he would have listened or have been helpful. I am disabled, so there shouldnt be a fee anyways for using a disability parking spot. Im very disappointed and would never stay here again.
