  The staff was very friendly. They attended to our requests and housekeepers maintained our room clean. Downtown is only 10 minute drive from the Hotel.

  The room was so dirty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were bugs smushed on the curtains and dirt on the floor. The hotel reeks of bleach so you’d assume the rooms would be clean, but they are very much not. The construction is very loud and disruptive. I would encourage others to stay elsewhere, the cheap nightly rate is NOT worth it

  The main complain will be the "balcony" door that is not isolating at all the noise coming from the Highway we had stayed to IHG and other brands that had been close to the Highway and we never had these issue that we needed to get earplugs to sleep or to have the AC on Constant the whole night to buff out some of the noise. We even heard other people complaining about these and the staff said "Just run the AC on Constant" that's not a solution if you know as a hotel Owner or Manager that these is an issue you should fix it ( the staff sadly had no power over these ) It's sad overall everything was amazing even the staff is not their fault if you don't mind the noise or you're prepared with earplugs ETC is an amazing hotel but just because of the lost sleep and no resolution to the issue and looks like is known but not getting fixed I will have to give it 1 star.

  We’ve stayed at this chain before and had much more positive experiences. This hotel appears to have been an old hotel that’s been refurbished but it’s not as nice or clean as others we’ve stayed in. There were food crumbs all over the hallway on our floor when we arrived. Our room was right next to Highway 25 which was very noisy all day and night. The room was small and had no dressers to put folded clothing. There is one small closet. The A/C is 2 feet from the bed and blows directly on the person sleeping there. The area is a little sketchy too. We planned to stay 4 nights but checked out after the first night.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Express Denver North From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, clean, and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. It was clear that attention to detail and guest satisfaction are top priorities at this property. I truly appreciate the hospitality and dedication of the entire team. Whether traveling for business or leisure, I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Denver North to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and exceptional service. I will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you Denver North for making all my visits a pleasant, homey, and memorable experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
