The staff were unbelievably rude and completely unhelpful from the moment we checked in. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. To make things worse, the room was disgusting — we found BED BUGS. That alone should have been enough for a full refund, but management refused to take any responsibility. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, they acted like it was no big deal. Absolutely unacceptable. And don’t be fooled by the amenities they advertise. The pool? Completely broken. No warning, no explanation — just another disappointment added to the list. This place is a joke. Poor service, unsanitary conditions, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.
