  Taysha was very professional and accommodating to us while managing a situation at the hotel. Definitely management material if she is not already. We would happily deal with her again and return to this hotel specifically due to this experience.

  I’m a Diamond member here at Best and I have been staying at the Denver East location. I have come encounter with front desk manager Tajha. And I HAVE to take the time and compliment her customer service, and personality and her overall being as a manager. I have been here about 4 days and her interactions with not only me but what I observed of her and other guest is purely amazing . She is really sweet helpful and nice. She’s goes above and beyond and GENUINELY cares about the guest. I’ve seen this lady help carry guest OVERLY HEAVY luggage (witch is not her responsibility in my opinion) ask and help a family member with the care of there kids. Smile, greet and acknowledge you all the time and make you feel like you’re at home . On top of the beautiful pool area and the rest of the friendly staff I really think they did a good job of picking the staff cause everyone is so nice . The location and environment is good. I really have no complaints. I highly recommend it. I’m not going to lie. The only thing I do not like about this location is there no door to the bathroom lol. But other than that, no complaints

  I stayed overnight at this Best Western and it was an awful experience. Everything was dirty — and I mean everything. To start there was trash on the floor in the lobby that stay there our entire stay. We got into our room and slowly started noticing more and more issues. All the hard surfaces were dirty, fingers prints, boogers with nose hair and puke crusted on the carpet and bed frame. When I complained to the front desk they were barely apologetic and offered to switch rooms (to a downgraded room). I suggested they ensure the next room was clean as I gathered my things to move them— they did not. The second room was only slightly better because there was no puke. Same thing with hard surfaces, which should be the easiest to clean in a hotel, were dirty, oil smeared finger prints on the bathroom door and even kitty litter in the carpet. I called corporate whose only response was to offer me points towards a future booking and let me know they were unable to refund my stay. The forwarded my information to the hotel and I was supposed to get a call within 2-5 business days. It’s well beyond that time frame and crickets. I chose this hotel because lots of their reviews online were positive and deceiving. Please don’t let the pictures or other reviews deceive you. I have photo evidence of all of this but there doesn’t seem to be a space in this review for photos — I wonder why.

  Worst night stay. They left us with no air Conditioning lights or microwave until we were sitting in an eighty five degree room at one o'clock in the morning, before giving us a downgraded room.
