  First no quarters for the laundry after waiting an hour for a response on quarters from the front desk. Next woke up at 4 am and the drains in restroom and sink weren’t draining! The main door is also hard to open and close! Hotel may look nice but has issues! Was forced to just accept the bad experience and room!

  Please change the website and the information on the TV’s in the rooms. It says “Full Breakfast” under hotel amenities on your website, all hotel listings for the property in Expedia, yelp, etc. all state there is a full complimentary breakfast, when there is, in fact, no breakfast available at all. Extremely inconsiderate to travelers who are planning around the listed amenities. The tv in my room clearly lists “complimentary breakfast,” along with hours. Very misleading and we will not be back.

  I’m going to let the videos speak for themselves. The service post discovering this, not nearly up to par with with their rooms. The customer service should have been 10/10 after I complained about the condition of the room. The merely offered me 20% off a new room. Instead of complimentary. You need to check your bed, pull the sheets back. This is what they’re hosting here. Corporate can and should reach out to me for additional details and complimentary rooms moving fwd because this is disgusting and the health department should be involved honestly.

  This has become my go to stay in Denver. Rooms are always clean, there’s a gym and a pool, and breakfast is your average hotel breakfast (which is fine for me because I’m not really a morning eater). This most recent trip, my daughter and I got in kind of late, after 10pm. We checked in, front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. We went to go up to our room and for some reason the elevator didn’t work right away?? The door would close and then nothing would happen. It was super weird but only happened on that first night there. Will definitely be staying here again and again and again though. Can’t beat the convenience of being near a McDonald’s, Taco Bell and a gas station.

  Absolute trash service. I stayed here 5 days. Housekeeping was only provided for one of them. Additionally, I was promised a receipt and never received. When I called the hotel, the front staff told me they could not provide it. I have stayed at countless Best Westerns and have always ended up with a receipt. It shouldn't take sending emails and calling several times to ger a basic request fulfilled. Employees here have a nasty attitude. Based on this experience, I will no longer be staying at Best Western again and I am a Diamond Select status member. Avoid!
