  Reasonably priced, way, surprised at the level of cleanliness and really cool accommodations like patios to sit out and have a coffee! Staff is very friendly total five star stay

  Nice room, clean, quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. Shower was great. Front desk agent gave us several restaurants to go to after 9pm. Great service.

  I want to give a shout out to Taysha!! I was part of a greyhound group that got put up in the hotel due to some unforeseen delays that made everyone on the bus miss their transfer. We didn’t make it to the hotel till 1 am after being on the bus over 20hrs and then waiting at the station for another 3+. Needless to say I was tired in the morning. When the time came for the Ubers (which Taysha was on the top of), I left my backpack in the lobby that contained my laptop and other items. I realize this as the bus station. I immediately call Best Western and Taysha informed that I had indeed left it there and how to process getting it mailed back to me. She even found a box for it and gave me the measurements so I can get a label made for it. I am happy to report that everything has gone through and that I would be receiving my package in a few days 😊 I only gave 3 stars for location due to its distance from the bus stop, otherwise, there is no issue at all with the location. Thank you Taysha, I appreciate you going the distance for me on this one

  Had a great stay here! The room amenities in particular were better than most other hotels I've stayed in. The thermostat was super responsive and easy to use, and I especially loved the "plug hub" connected to the TV, since I could connect my laptop directly to the TV via HDMI without needing to futz around with casting settings (which I often find frustrating). I didn't use the kitchenette, but I was impressed with how extensive it was — full fridge and freezer, stovetop, even a dishwasher — and likely would have found it super helpful for eating cheaply during a longer stay. Staff were helpful and friendly as well. Would recommend and would stay again 👍🏼
