The hotel is very nicely appointed with a consistent design theme throughout. It is near DIA and clearly meant for short-term stays, as there really isn't a closet., just hangers for wall pegs ... plus an ironing board. It's a quite hotel.
- DWdana wolfeApr 18, 20261.0First you walk in and the room is extremely small. Then, you realize there's no coffee pot and no microwave. The breakfast was diced potatoes with eggs and bacon bits. All of them were dried out by 7:00 a.m. in the morning. Couldn't even eat them. You have to put one of the cards into a little machine by the door to make the lights work. The only problem is they only gave us one card so we couldn't leave the room without leaving the other one in the dark. We could have gone down and gotten another card, but we shouldn't have had to. You will avoid this brand whenever we see it from now on. I will say though, the coffee was good. And, it had a good size tv, but there were hardly any channels. Like basic cable number of channels. I was very disappointed in the choice of this hotel because I thought it would be nice because it was new. It was clean, but they went to minimalistic on it and left us without some necessities. And the thing that really let me down is they said they had a heated pool. The pool was not heated. Even the Jets were the hot water supposed to come out with cold. Couldn't even get in it at all.

We booked your hotel at baggage claim and we were at your front desk in about 30 to 45 minutes. In my rush I booked the next day. I was told we had to cancel our reservation the day before Well that's impossible when we booked less that an hour before. We ended up paying twice for our 9 hours staying in the room.
