Had to stay here because the airline delayed our flight and sent us here. Should have paid for a room elsewhere. Decorated like a dormitory but has the aura of a no-tell motel. Beds were clean, comfortable enough. Walls and floors are PAPER THIN...all night the clodhoppers above us were stomping around, you can even hear when their toilet lid was lifted. Really. After not getting any sleep, was hoping to at least have a little breakfast. Selection is minimal, the english muffins had obviously been previously frozen, as one edge was cold & soggy, the other hard and inedible. I think the airlines send people here to punish them after messing up their flight.

United put me up at this hotel. They have a free shuttle to/from the airport that runs every 30 mins. Free breakfast which was warm, fresh and had typical options. Hotel was clean and within walking distance of restaurants who accepted the airlines meal vouchers. (RUBY Tuesday allowed me to use 2 for one meal.) Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice TV. Blackout curtains and fridge. Only downside was noise in the am from other guests. Not fancy but comfortable and I would stay here again.

I was in Dallas, TX for work when my flight was delayed for more than 9 hours. After everything that happened, I finally made it to Denver, only to find myself needing a hotel for the night. I called this hotel and spoke with the overnight manager, Brittany, and I can honestly say she was one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered. I was exhausted, frustrated, and unfamiliar with navigating Denver Airport at that hour. Brittany patiently walked me through exactly how to get where I needed to go, helped me find the shuttle, and made sure I knew how to get to the hotel safely. But what really stood out was how she treated me once I arrived, she genuinely made me feel like family. After a long, stressful travel day, that kind of compassion meant more than she probably realized. Brittany didn’t just do her job; she took care of a stranded traveler when I really needed someone to do exactly that. What a fabulous employee you have here. I sincerely hope Brittany gets the recognition she deserves because employees like her are what people remember. If you ever find yourself stuck in Denver because of a cancelled or severely delayed flight, call this hotel. And if Brittany is working, you can be confident she will have your best interests at heart. Thank you, Brittany, for taking such great care of me. You made a terrible travel day a whole lot better.

Airport Shuttle 24/7 , check-in smooth and efficient. Beds are super comfy and amazing cozy pillows ! Definitely recommend.
