  Usually don't eat at hotel restaurants, but the timing worked out well here before flying out of Denver. The prices are very reasonable, and the plate of nachos I got (using Doritos as the chips) were so delicious. Thanks for a great meal, and hospitality!

  This is a great location, brand new, clean and awesome. My trip was great right up until I tried to get breakfast. Breakfast is from 6:30 - 9:30. Any normal person would assume there is actual food served during this time. You would be wrong. They only make a certain amount and when it is gone, they told me in no uncertain terms, that I was SOL. No water. No napkins. A nasty hostess. I went to the front desk to complain. I suggested that the breakfast host was lazy and nasty with a terrible attitude. I was told that I was older and should respect her. This was by a young, completely out of line front desk person. OLDER? To suggest that I was in the wrong, a paying customer that was trying to get what I paid for, is beyond insane. Stay at the hotel - it is amazing. Good luck if you have an issue, some of the staff don't care. On a side note, someone that works at the hotel overheard the interaction and did get more eggs, napkins and water. He was the only one that seems to have a clue how to treat a customer. MASSIVE training opportunity for the hotel management.

  Severe health and sanitation issue at this location. Upon entering my room, I discovered blood-stained bedding—a serious biological hazard. When I requested a room change, front desk staff completely refused, stating no other rooms were available. I then asked for staff to change the linens, but they refused that as well. They claimed no room service was available and gave me an ultimatum: check out immediately or accept a stack of sheets to change the blood-stained bed myself. Forcing a guest to remediate biological waste or leave late at night is completely unacceptable. I contacted IHG Corporate customer support from the lobby, but the front desk still refused to assist or reassign my room. Completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and a total failure of basic hospitality standards. Photos and documentation submitted to corporate and health authorities.

  Ok so the rooms and the hotel itself are pretty nice. However, there are no microwaves in the rooms. Just one solitary preselected buttons microwave for the ENTIRE building to use in the lobby. Also, be prepared to pay $15.95 for parking?? No free continental breakfast either.

  Had an early AM flight and left the hotel at 3AM to make it. The bill came with a $25 breakfast charge when I was never there during restaurant hours. Am in continued contact with IHG who say there’s been no response from hotel management. Beware of fraud.
