UPDATED I would not recommend this hotel. I booked this hotel through Booking.com specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle. After travelling for approximately 15 hours from Ireland, I waited at the airport for around an hour, but no shuttle arrived. I was never informed through my Booking.com booking or messages that I needed to telephone the hotel separately to arrange the pickup. I was eventually left with no choice but to pay $51.75 for a taxi. When I arrived, I raised the issue and was told that Nikki, the General Manager, and Daniel, the Front Desk Manager, would be there the following morning. I tried from 7:00 a.m. to speak with them, but neither came to speak to me. I was instead told to email Nikki. At checkout, I had to raise the issue with Daniel myself. He initially appeared unaware of the situation, despite it having already been reported. He eventually apologised and explained that the hotel had only been open for around five weeks and that I was the first Booking.com guest. So my fault I guess…. The hotel later offered a 1:30 p.m. late checkout as a gesture of goodwill, but this did not address the main issue. I had asked for reimbursement of the $51.75 taxi fare, which the hotel refused, stating that because I did not know I needed to call separately to arrange the shuttle, the cost was my responsibility. The main issue for me is the lack of communication and the way the problem was handled. If a hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, guests should be clearly informed of any arrangements they need to make to use it. When the shuttle failed to arrive, I expected the issue to be dealt with promptly and professionally. I have retained the Booking.com correspondence and taxi receipt and am now raising the matter with Booking.com. Based on this experience, I would recommend staying elsewhere. ***UPDATE*** Called the hotel as asked for in the review reply and was put through to the front office manager Daniel. He struggled to recall our interaction 4 days ago, also told me most of the reply’s were often AI and he wasn’t aware of a reply and I was not going to get any money back.

This is very close to Denver airport and car rental. It’s new and very clean. Parking is 15 dollars a night. Not sure why because it’s not in a busy area. There is a gas station close by to fuel up your rental on return to airport. Also, breakfast is not included in the price

Loved the hotel itself. The parking situation is unacceptable. The staff did not tell us that parking fees applies to paying guests of the hotel. This is not a hotel in a big city. We were charged $15 and an extra $5 penalty for less than an 8 hr stay. Plus, the 3rd party requires that they save your credit card on their site instead of just accepting a payment. Besides collecting fees, the 3rd party did not add any value to our stay.

On July 29, 2026, we found ourselves in a bind. My flight to Denver had been delayed by over 8 hours, and I had long since missed my connecting flight, so my wife drove up to pick me up. In the midst of it all, she booked a last minute room through Booking.com. The rate was exorbitant. Nearly $300. I finally arrived at approximately 3 a.m. While the room had nice amenities, the thermostat was malfunctioning and we couldn't get cool air. Please note the date. It was a warm day and night and we slept poorly. A few hours later when we went to the dining room we were informed that we had to purchase a meal voucher to enjoy the breakfast. After spending what we did, it felt insulting to be hit up for an additional $11.50 per person, so I declined. We stopped to inform them of the faulty thermostat and requested some consideration. "Because you used third party booking there's nothing we can do, but I'll inform maintenance." "Is a manager available?" "They're in meetings all day." Not exactly 4-star service. In a final insult, we found a parking notice on our vehicle informing us that since we weren't registered in their system, we owed $20 for the privilege of parking at the motel. To be quite blunt, we felt taken left and right and treated in a substandard fashion by this establishment. Traveler beware and Caveat emptor.

Overall great hotel (it's brand-new!) with modern, spacious rooms and very nice pillows to complement the comfortable beds. I also really enjoyed the lounger in the room beside the window. The breakfast was hearty and good quality, while being reasonably priced as well for the buffet style + options you get. Even the pastries are far better quality than is typical for most hotels with this buffet style breakfast. I did hear the people above me quite a bit, & eventhough the hotel just opened a few weeks ago someone already made spills/stains on the carpet in my room that you could see. Also, the service could have been better at points especially at the bar/restaurant one night where language barrier and forgetfulness was an issue that lead to misunderstandings and forgetting something on multiple occasions eventhough the restaurant wasn't very busy.
