  3rd stop in our cross country road trip. Our room was clean, but it just had a weird smell. Probably from the carpet or bathroom? Otherwise, the smell went away after we turned on the air conditioning. No complaints and thank you!

  I originally wanted to book two rooms at the Best Western Grande River Inn & Suites, but could only secure one, with a king-sized bed, as they were fully booked. I booked a second room at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Grand Junction for my mother and me. On the first night at the Super 8, the toilet backed up and water started leaking from the bathroom ceiling. I had no choice but to move with my mother to the Best Western and squeeze into the room with the rest of my family, but we were comfortable nevertheless. I went to the front desk to explain and offered to cover any extra costs, since we suddenly needed to accommodate more guests. Cheri refused to take my money, and beyond that, she went out of her way to make sure my mother felt genuinely welcome and comfortable through the whole ordeal. What could have been a disaster on a family vacation instead became a wonderful memory. Best Western will always have my business, and my family and I will always remember your incredible kindness. To Cheri and the wonderful staff at Best Western Grande River Inn & Suites, thank you.

  So i just stayed there yesterday the 12th.I paid what I thought was a crazy price for a Best Western. But there was some kind of event going on in town.So I over looked that.The room was very clean bed nice I thought a little out dated but clean and comfy. Hot tub only half full pool cloudy looking.Thing that made me mad was told breakfast was ready at 6.Well 615 this morning didn't even have coffee.The guy at the counter said something came up .Couldn't even give me a time when it would be out.If I would of knew I needed to go get something I would of got up earlier.

  The staff was extremely helpful. Neat western art. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Has a pool. Small breakfast. TV remote was very difficult to use.

  It was good enough but the flies. Oh my goodness the flies. Its hard to eat breakfast with that many flies. Our room was a dog room so it was the last on the hall right next to the dog relief area. I get why it had flies but the the lobby and eating area were at the other end. Everything else was good.
