  So I visit my children in Colorado have no choice but to stay in hotels all were booked in the area so we had no choice but this one the first night I found bed bugs. Asked for a different room they could not because the hotel was full found more of them got bitten by the bugs will never stay there again

  I absolutely love this place! Great hotel! Great Value and Great staff! Excellent customer service Rakeem, Tiffany, and Monet were amazing from the moment I checked in. Thank you all for making our stay great. We definitely will be back!!!!

  After paying 95 $ for room for my wife and myself on Expedia and being told that everything was paid for we showed up ready to get our room and we were told that we needed another 100$ for an "incidentally deposit" the clerk and I went back and forth for a minute because the deposit is NOT listed on Expedia who takes our room money with like I said with zero info on the deposit but a statement telling us that all fees and costs are paid. I told the desk clerk who admitted that Expedia doesn't disclose the extra fee. So after explaining that we already paid and showing her the everything she still. Said she couldn't return our money because she doesn't have authority. But after 2 calls to Expedia we finally said the heck with it and put more money on my card. We went back to the stay bridge suites where we had our reservation. My wife goes in to pay the deposit and collect the key to be told by the same desk clerk that she didnt want us there because I argued with her. She then told my wife that she was going to authorize a refund of my momey. Im like isn't this the same girl who argued up and down with me when I explained the situation to her that she didnt have the authority to refund our money. So we did not get a room there they kept my 108$. But a big shout out to the motel six a few block down. Not only did they help us with a room. They they did it by helping with an additional discount so we could get the room. Thanks to Jacques for the assist good looking out you need a raise.

  Stayed at this hotel because my dad was in hospital. The rooms were spacious and clean.

  We’re currently staying here. And if I could get a refund and leave I would. This place is very old, needs a major remodel, and updating. It feels dirty. The breakfast is average. I might have a bit higher expectations, but I for this hotel to have a 4 star rating is craaazzzy. Book elsewhere. I will say it’s nice to have a full kitchen and room for the price, but you get what you pay for I guess.
