- MCM CAug 31, 20265.0Ive stayed at many of Holiday inn expresses ( Diamond Elite) for business and of course pleasure from my points . This is by far thee best I've stayed! From walking in the door the employee are cheerful, great attitude and recognizes the customer as soon as you walk in. House keeping refreshed my room daily without a flaw. What huge difference from the other one down the road. I guess it starts from the General Managers leadership as you can see it throughout the building! Kudos and thanks for making finally say good things about an IHG property.

We are typically in Denver for Medical reasons, but we go out of our way to come to this hotel. Its a better area, staff is wonderful and the hotel is really nice. Dont forget to try the restaurant. Food is a bit expensive (isnt it everywhere?) but its fantastic.

Whenever I stay in town for additional days for vacation or site seeing I always come back here before my flight! The restaurant on site isn't bad either!
- KJKian JacksonJul 15, 20263.0The room was very clean and the customer service was amazing. Air conditioning worked well. Lots of parking. However, the suite had only a stand up shower. The vending machine on our floor was out of order. This location does not offer a free breakfast because they have a burger restaurant inside. Kids can eat free but adults have to pay. The lack of free breakfast was the most disappointing part. This is very close to an airport so sometimes you hear planes but overall it was pretty quiet. You get a lot of cool views in the parking lot of planes flying over to land.
