  This hotel has been great. It is very clean (I’m quite critical in this area) and in good repair. The carpet looks great throughout and they keep it cleanly vacuumed, even around the edges. The woman at the front desk (when we arrived early Friday evening) was very welcoming and kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious, well-stocked, and kept very clean and tidy. The only complaint we’ve had is the DirecTV has been pausing for about 30 seconds, every couple of minutes, so that has been annoying. But all the major amenities such as beds, hot showers, overall noise, heat/air, ice machine, etc. are good. The TV was just a minor inconvenience, and we were told a tech is coming out Monday to provide service. Overall, a very good stay here, and based on this experience, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Castle Rock, CO.

  Veronica at the front desk needs a RAISE immediately! She is so so wonderful. Extremely patient, helpful & her smile is contagious!! Veronica, thank you for making our stay memorable. It felt like home. I appreciate you! Thank you for your amazing work.

  Poor business service. The front desk manager on 4/23/26 and 4/25/26 in the morning has no customer service or multi-tasking skills. She will literally tell you your taking up too much of her time when the computer reboots tp change an ink cartridge and will huff and puff in your face. Then on 4/25/26 she said next time ask her to restock the cups and lids from the cabinet for the coffee and when you apologize she rips into you more.per haps a lock on the cabinet would help if she doesn't want you to help your self at the hep your self coffee station in the lobby. It hadnt been restocked since the shift before and she could clearly see as she was right there that it needed to be. But who wants to ask her for anything when she has such a poor attitude when anyone asks for anything. Unless you are a man and tipping her privately she is abhorrent to work with. She refused to give me her name to make a complaint to management.

  I can't say enough good things about my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Castle Rock. The staff was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was great, the rooms were impeccably clean and affordable. I'd would like to thank, Carol (the manager) for going above and beyond making sure my stay was incredible.
