  It's been a good place to stay. Perfect location to be around places to eat and short distances to stores.

  We opted for a mountain view suite. Room was large and clean. Plugs in lamp are so worn out, they cannot be used. We asked for maintenance, but they never showed up. I usually ask to see the room before we reserve since we've had such good luck, but will go back to doing that. Pictured is oor the "mountain view".

  I showed up with a reservation at 2:05pm to an almost empty parking lot. I know that check-in time is at 3pm at this hotel. The male attendant at the desk told me that there would be a $36 early check-in fee before 2:30pm. $36 for 25 minutes in a room that will remain empty for that time period. He said the room is ready, but you will have to pay the $36 to enter early. I travel all over the U.S. on business and have never had this happen before when a hotel is practically empty. I'll make sure that I stay away from Holiday Inns and any other IHG properties in the future.

  This Location cares more about profit than people. I was on a road trip with my family and needed to get home a bit faster. I tried cancelling but this location did not care what was going on with me or my family and refused. Mind you, I have never had this issue with this chain of hotels before and have stayed at over 30 in the past 5 years. Additionally when I arrived the person at the front desk asked me if I called earlier, I explained the situation again and instead of trying to work with me she gave excuses about losing money. I guess they really need the cash. As if arriving home 12 hrs later than I needed to wasn’t enough, the room was hot and the mattress was sagging in the middle. It was sagging so badly, we had to lift up the mattress and stack two pillows underneath it so we wouldn’t roll into the middle of the bed all night. Do not recommend, avoid this location. I’ll be looking for a different chain of hotels to stay at because clearly Holiday Inn express doesn’t care about its customers.

  Pulled out the pull out couch and it was covered in chip crumbs and had obviously not been cleaned in a while. Called down to front desk to complain about that and get bedding for it since there was none anyway and he said "You can come down and get it". Disregarded my continual complaints about how disgusting it was. Then gave me a huge bag of bedding, got upstairs and that bedding was covered in brown stains. Had to carry it down again to get a new bag of bedding, "Oh was that one not clean?" I brushed off the crumbs from the bed with a towel since I wasn't given a vacuum or anything to 'clean it myself'. The pull out couch should not even be offered as a sleeping surface, essentially a blanket over metal that is how thin the pad is. We had to put the sheet on top of the couch with the bed portion folded back in to sleep on because that was the only way to sleep on it. Bathroom floor becomes dangerously slippery with even a little water and all they have are tiny towels to use as bath mat. In the morning you could hear the trash truck picking up the garbage from ihop through the wall. Staff was unhelpful. Didn't offer any refund or new room for filth I complained about. Told front desk and emailed manager and was offered no remedy. Breakfast selection was ok, pool was fine just very cold. Hot tub was broken.
