  The hotel lobby, 1st floor hall, and our room all had strange smells. The room had spider webs in the corners of the room near the window/ceiling. All of the cardio machines in the fitness center were broken. The breakfast was the worst "full breakfast" my family has ever experienced at any hotel. We came to the breakfast room at 7:45am and there was virtually nothing available. There were some burned egg/cheese things and a few sausage patties, but very little else. If the 3 cereal containers, two were empty and not refilled. The pancake maker was broken. There were no muffins, bread, or English muffins. There was one cup off yogurt. No coffee creamer. The waffle batter was out. I was told by multiple employees that the hotel was fully booked, and they are always fully booked. If that is really the case, the breakfast crew was either new or severely understaffed. We will not return to this best western location.

  Great value for the price. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The rooms are a little dated but the hallways and stairs have brand new carpet. You can even smell it! Maybe they are updating the carpet in the rooms too.

  Room was clean. I was glad to have a place to stop to sleep. However, the breakfast needs a lot of attention. It was by far the worst breakfast I have experienced at any best western I have stayed at. No oatmeal- which is usually my go-to. Fruit rack completely empty. No regular yogurt, the only yogurt left was the one with added sucrslose. Pancake machine down. No biscuits available - only English muffins. No bread available to toast. The breakfast experience was bad enough to bring the overall rating down to one star… mostly because that’s the reason we chose to stay at best western

  Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. I would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast, free ample parking.

  As a travel agent, I stay in hotels frequently, so I have a pretty solid basis for comparison. We are very quiet, simple guests and rarely ask for anything beyond the basics. The area itself was quiet and felt safe. Unfortunately, the hotel experience fell short in several ways. Both the room and parts of the building had a noticeable musty smell. The staff interactions were also disappointing — employees during both the day and night shifts came across as rude and unfriendly. Additionally, checkout is earlier than what most hotels typically offer, and while we were actively leaving the room, staff repeatedly approached us and called about checkout, which felt unnecessarily pushy and uncomfortable.
