  This was one of the worst hotels ever! No pool, no hot tub, exercise equipment was not working properly and personnel, except for one person, was rude and disrespectful. Will never stay here again! Thank you for your time and for taking our money with such inadequate accommodations.

  Warning: pool and hot tub out of order!!! No indication on website of such. 😤 Beautiful hotel from the outside but booked because of pool and hot tub. Second hotel in a row without a working pool. Cancelled and went to one of the other dozen hotels in the area with a pool. Also had a note on the front desk that said they had zero cleaning staff over the Fourth of July holiday, which I found odd

  Wifi is 10 Mbps, whether in the room or the lobby--when it works at all. It kept going out, and front desk said they reset the router, but that was the extent of their troubleshooting/interst. Bring an ethernet cable. The pool and hot tub are out of order and have been for a long time, it seems. We asked several different front desk workers what the issue was, but all of them claimed they had no idea. Why wouldn't management brief their customer-facing staff on a problem with their top amenity? Or if they were lying about not knowing, why? At breakfast, the pancake maker doesn't really work--it keeps erroring out and makes tiny, misshaped, undercooked pancakes. I guess they can't take it out of the kitchen because then guests will know something else is out of order. In our room, a lamp was pulling out of the wall and the minifridge was leaking due to the drain being frozen over. But the room was otherwise functional, clean, and comfortable. So at least there's that.

  This used to be my go to spot to stay at work work trips in Boulder since it’s at a good point between Boulder and Denver. The staff was always amazing and helpful, no complaints about them at all. I will no longer be staying here because instead of being able to quarters at the front desk to do laundry, you now have to download and use an app. The corporate mindset that said, hey let’s require them to use an app to do their laundry is insane and I will have nothing to do with this company.

  Skip this place. Many other much better choices for the same or less money. Overpriced for the low quality you receive. The room was ok, average for what you'd expect. Otherwise place was a big disappointment. Pool was out of order. Breakfast was awful -- the toaster and pancake maker stopped working (electrical issue)? No oatmeal, even the packet kind, despite having the toppings sitting out and an open counter space for the oatmeal warmer. Only eggs at the breakfast were the premade cheese-filled / covered 'omelets' (no plain hard boiled eggs). No dairy milk alternatives. No meat choice, if you like a little bacon or sausage with your bfast. IHG, don't you understand a LOT of people have a dairy intolerance and / or don't want all the fat of cheese in their meals? Overall there are MANY options in the area to this Holiday Inn Express which have better amenities and some places at a better price.
