It took forever for him to check us in. He mumbled something to us and then we waited and waited. My husband finally asked him if there was a problem and he again mumbled something about updating the system. Finally he asked for our names and continued to wiggle the mouse and ignore us like we didn’t exist. We paid $167 to sleep for 8 hrs. The least you could do was be friendly. Never again!!!

My fiance and I stayed here for Valentine's Day and the lady working the front desk gave us a coupon for Texas Roadhouse for dinner that she had a stack of. Not only that she complimented me several times on the outfit I was wearing on Feb 13 and 14th, 2026.
