The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek and features its own ski way, offering direct ski-in/out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The 2 and 3-bedroom residences have large bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer. The Kiva has a private ski locker room and bike storage room, and enjoy a large, year-round pool and patio area with two hot tubs, lounge chairs, grills, and a sauna with a private changing area. - ASAnne SotoApr 5, 20255.0Beautiful condos, awesome location. We stayed the second to last week of the season so it was very quiet around the village. We lucked out with snow so could truly ski in and out, but even if you had to walk a bit it’s very doable. We had kids aged 9-16 with us and even the young ones had no problem accessing the slopes easily from the condo. Ski lockers are right by the bridge you take to the lifts, maybe 100 yards or less from locker to downhill slope? Kiva 324 is so lovely. Very nicely done. Basics like pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot, and blender included. Plan on buying all food supplies (oil, Saran Wrap, etc) beyond salt and pepper. Very quiet location and beautiful views from the third floor. Large heated pool and two small hot tubs and a sauna on property. We used the grill although there was no brush to clean it.
- MBMartin Leyes BlumDec 6, 20231.0We have people in the condo upstairs being super loud and the the numbers posted for Guest services are useless, call the posted number and they make me call another number, which also make me call another number, all sending me to the front desk and non knowing the Kiva doesn’t have a front desk service after hours. And telling me there is nothing they can do… awful service.
- LMLisa MessanaMar 17, 20235.0We were in unit 428. We stayed here with two families of four and one grandma. This was our first time staying in Kiva for skiing. We missed the ski in and ski out of The Highlands, but the unit itself was fantastic. We all had more room to move around and more room to store ski jackets and such for eight skiers. It's the little things! I appreciated: lots of hooks for jackets, lots of bench space to put on/take off ski stuff, footstool for little kids (huge help!), lots of humidifies, kid-sized hangers, knives that are actually sharp, and a dining table that comfortably seats nine, just to hit the highlights. I personally thought it was worth the walk across the bridge carrying my skis and my kid's.
