- LLLeafJun 23, 20265.0The rooms are fit for each individual family and have a big variety. The staff is extremely friendly and views are very nice. It is a extremely short walk out of the building to the center of town. There is a super nice shuttle bus driver who drives a direct route to the main lifts, exclusively for the Charter. This way you don’t have to carry your gear yourself.

- ASAlborz SherafatiFeb 7, 20261.0I made a reservation here more than a month ago and paid around $1600 for 3 nights. Arrived today and was instructed that my room was on the second floor. Well, found out the room was 2 levels below the lobby. There are 2 other rooms here and the rest are storage rooms and the parking! When reached out to the desk, they said they “understand” but cannot do anything! High price for the worst experience that I’ve ever had!

No plates, bowls, or utensils are provided, there is no microwave and only wine glasses and an ice bucket and small fridge. As a parent traveling with children I was expecting more from a "kitchenette" and when I called the front desk about getting some plates and utensils for the food that we ordered through the promotion emails (resort delivery) I was told that they could not provide them. I was also told that I could not transfer into another room (if there are even rooms that have these basic necessities). Overall really disappointed in the marketing as well as the lack of options available for people who are traveling with children or just don't want to eat out for every meal. We will not be returning even though the lodge is nice.
