We had such a wonderful stay at MOLLIE Aspen! I brought my mom and godmother for a girls’ trip and it was the perfect home base. The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff is incredibly warm and helpful, and the location makes it so easy to explore Aspen.
Breakfast at Petit Trois was amazing. We ate there every morning and especially loved the frittata!! Such a great way to start the day.
One of my favorite surprises was the complimentary car service around Aspen. It’s such a thoughtful amenity and honestly adds so much value to the stay. One night it started pouring while we were at Kenichi, and they came and picked us up from dinner in the rain. It was SO appreciated!
Everything about our stay felt thoughtful, comfortable, and elevated without being stuffy. Such a special Aspen hotel and somewhere I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay here. Staff truly treat you like their welcomed guests. Decor and ambiance is wonderful. Breakfast is good. Special call outs to Carolina who was lovely. Breakfast food is amazing but service is lackluster. Julie the restaurant host for evenings needs to be replaced and should not work in hospitality. Would have been a solid 5 stars if not for issues w the restaurant including a room service order that never came.

Mollie Aspen has so many positives. Beautifully curated interior spaces, awesome location - close enough to walk to downtown Aspen, but far enough away to be outside of the hustle and bustle - free transportation to and from Aspen airport. The basic room on the lower level is snug, would be too snug if visiting in the winter with my ski gear, especially for two people, but I’m not complaining because it’s summer. View from the rooftop is awesome!

Newest update: mollie did refund us for a partial night rate after hearing about these incidents. Good to know their customer service is great and they want to make mistakes right!
Update: writing this review stranded. Ordered a courtesy car for 4:40. It's 4:46 and no one is here. I've called Mollie 3 times with no answer. Phone is on 3%. This is crazy.
Leaving this review because we waited 20+ minutes to get our car from valet just to have the front desk tell us they are all "out driving other guests" my boyfriend just took the key and had to walk very far to get the car to come then pick me up. To me that is unacceptable. The front desk people were clue less and very very unhelpful. Ended up missing our dinner reservations due to their lack of staff and common sense
