    We will never stay here again. We booked obe night, but decided to stay another night. We called to ask if we could get a second night for the same rate as the first night. Receptionist said yes. When we checked out they charged a higher rate. Gm Sarah denied this was said. Would not work with us or take my call. Othe internal problems. Elevator didn't work breakfast sausages were cold, water running between the wall all night. The sitting chair in our room was very stained. This has been on going. The business center was closed. Sarah with management was not friendly while we were there. Our time over the past years has come to an end. A new hotel is being built and we can hardly wait. We do not reccomend this place.

    Why is this place 200 a night? Shower coating is falling apart. Overall an old holiday inn that’s dirty.

    The hard product could use updating (TV, bathroom, etc.) but the service at this hotel is so genuinely warm and hospitable. The team are fantastic and made every effort to made sure that I felt welcome and cared for during my stay - some examples of this great service include a warm and efficient check-in, complimentary welcome snacks (cookies + savory snack mix + mints + offered water), extremely friendly staff from breakfast to housekeeping, to thoughtful touches around the hotel (e.g., towels folded into neat shapes, extremely clean rooms, etc.). The only changes I wish are different egg options (the standard IHG egg omelettes upset my stomach).

    I should have read the reviews and believed it. The elevator is still out of order. They need to give a heads-up during booking. We would have not booked it. They have us a room on the 3 rd floor. This is completely unacceptable. The elevator is now out of order for 8 months based on the last comment. They clearly don't care. The entire place smells damp. I saw balls of hair everywhere. It's extremely unhygienic. I would not recommend this place to any one.
