Unfortunately front desk not helping me to check in early. They said we don't have avaliable room at 1:30 and you have come exactly 3pm. Other hotels let you to check-in early even 12 or 1pm. My last time here. Not friendly people's

**Terrible Customer Service – Would Not Recommend** We booked **two rooms with two queen beds each** for our group of seven through Expedia\. At check\-in, we were given one room with two queens and another with only one king bed\. When we asked the front desk manager to correct the room type we had reserved, he rudely said they had no other rooms and told us, **“Next time, book directly with us\.”** When we asked for at least an extra blanket or a rollaway bed since we didn’t have enough beds, he refused and said, **“Because you’re arguing with me, I’m not even giving you an extra blanket\.”** Expedia called the hotel to help, but the same employee, who said he was the manager, refused to do anything\. Another family was also having reservation issues at the same time, yet he showed no interest in helping anyone\. We understand that mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for treating guests this way\. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had, and we would not recommend staying at this hotel\.

Awful experience\. We reserved two rooms through Expedia, both with two queen beds, for seven adults and one child\. One room had only one king bed\. The front\-desk employee was rude, refused to help, and said he would not provide a bed because he did not like the way we spoke to him\. We contacted Expedia, but the hotel still would not fix the problem, so we had to leave and book another hotel\. Completely unacceptable service.

We booked two rooms through Expedia for one night at the Holiday Inn in Los Angeles. When we arrived, we were given one room with two queen beds as expected, but the second room had only one bed, which did not match our reservation. My cousin politely asked the front desk if the room could be changed, but the employee was rude, unprofessional, and refused to help. We were told that no other room would be provided and that the only option was one extra rollaway bed, which was not what we had reserved. We spent a long time trying to resolve the issue with both the hotel and Expedia, but no solution was offered. Because the hotel could not honor our reservation, we had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel. This experience was extremely disappointing. We expect to receive a full refund and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, the additional expense, and the unacceptable customer service we experienced.

I had the displeasure of selecting this holiday inn location without any inclination it would be one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I have yet to hear back from the manager Steven after filing a formal complaint with corporate. When staying at holiday inn I always make sure to call well in advance to ensure I can get an early check in. This has never been an issue and has always worked well, both on my end as well as the hotel. I went about this stay in the same way, however when I called 3 separate times, nobody ever answered the phone. I can understand one call being missed, but to not answer 3 different times is pure negligence. You have a business to run, period. That type of behavior alone is completely unacceptable, but to be greeted with absolute disrespect and plain attitude by the receptionist Priscilla when arriving was the last straw for me. I may have been okay with this falling under the guise of a misunderstanding. I may have even been okay with the circumstances had there been any empathy given at least once throughout the entire process. Instead I was told "I didn't get any calls", "the phone may not be working properly" and "I was probably in the restroom when you called" .. I called the number right then to ensure it wasn't a dialing error and sure enough, the phone rang and I watched as Priscilla unprofessionally picked it up and put it back down. I arrived with a guest, and once Priscilla realized that I was unhappy she immediately turned her attention away from me, the paying customer, and began addressing my guest instead. Even going so far as to ask me not to interrupt her when I was clarifying about the parking that my guest asked about. To top everything off, when mentioning this is probably not how she should be treating IHG rewards one members, she laughed at me. Yes, she laughed at my face for asking her to be kinder to an IHG member, one of the people that ensures she has a job. Please do yourselves a huge favor and reconsider having someone of this nature as the FACE of your hotel. I was disrespected and laughed at .. as well as late to my conference and completely unsatisfied with every aspect of this stay. I left at 6:30 pm after checking in at 3 and decided a 3 hour drive home would be better than staying another minute in this excuse of a hotel. A huge waste of $200 that frankly, I would like returned to me. I am 100% reconsidering ever staying at a holiday inn again after this. In this day and age, when where you spend your hard earned dollar means so much more, I am going to ensure I don’t ever waste another one at Holiday Inn. You can personally thank Priscilla for that!! Hilton here I come! :)
