- PPPriyanshuJun 24, 20262.0The elevator kept getting stuck for 20 minutes, trapping people inside. We had to use the stairs because the elevator would take extremely long just to travel 3 floors. The sink in my room wouldn’t let the water go down the drain. It would take 30 minutes for the water to go down. Same with the bathtub. It fills with water even when the drain is open. The bathroom was dirty. The rest of the room was nice. The beds were neatly made every day and the TV was equipped with Fire TV. The location was within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. It is 40 minutes to an hour away from many tourist attractions and cities, which is a bit long. The free breakfast was nice, but some of the food wasn’t cooked. The biscuits were only cooked on the outside and were dough. Overall, this is one of the lower end holiday inn expresses I’ve been to.

Parking in extremely limited and hard to navigate with a large vehicle. Breakfast was a joke. It wasnt ready at opening time and it had barely any food . They made very little bacon that got wiped out in the first 3 minutes and pancake station was down. And no hard boiled eggs. How hard is it to make hard boiled eggs? This franchise emphasizes the breakfast as a strong selling point but under delivers. And the pool is the smallest pool I’ve ever seen. I’m a holiday in member but sadly disappointed ☹️
