There was dirt, dust and debris in the vents if the AC/Heater that I was told they couldn't vacuum or clean. There was mold. Just an asthma attack waiting to happen. I checked in and checked out 30 minutes later. I called to get a refund and was told I had to speak with the daytime manager the next day. I called and was told that he wasn't on and that he would give me a call on Monday morning. I never got a call. I called back. No one made an effort to resolve this issue or refund my $400. I convinced that if I had stayed, and died grin an asthma attack no one would care. I might still be there now. This was 3 weeks ago. I will NEVER book another IHG property. Clearly they don't care.
