- AMAnna Mayton1 day ago2.0Unfortunately, our stay was really disappointing. The bathroom had a noticeable amount of mildew/mold, and the room itself had a strange sour/urine-like smell from the moment we arrived. During check-in, our IDs were never even checked, which felt concerning. When we tried speaking to the front desk the next day about the mold and basic breakfast questions, the staff was incredibly condescending and dismissive. They showed no real interest in addressing the issue or even having a conversation about it. What was most frustrating was how resistant they were to any sort of resolution regarding the mold, despite it being a legitimate health concern. To top it off, one of the elevators felt genuinely unsafe. it shook violently every time we used it. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed, unprofessional, and dismissive of guest concerns.

The in room coffee/Keurig had Maxwell pods and black tea offering. Breakfast is not included and has your typical eggs toast meat, that looked hot and fresh. The coffee at breakfast was not fresh brewed, used Keurig pods. Over the stay was good, I would appreciate a little more detail in the cleaning. My room had fresh towels, bed linens, toiletries and a hair dryer. The freeway noise was present but didn't disturb me too much. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.

Noise: One of the rooms is facing the highway and it’s much noisier than the other one. Also the AC is so noisy that I couldn’t fall asleep. I measured the db level at my bed area the level was already >=50 db, which is considered to be unsleepable. Location: Maybe this is the only reason we picked here initially. But I regretted so much
